I was also unaware of any past domestic abuse allegations. I was, however, under the impression that he was dropped by the label for being a Trump supporter and what I'm trying to figure out is whether or not people find *that* to be a valid enough reason.

So many songs wishhh for this nostalgic quality but this guy just HAS IT.... its like a song that u heard in an antique shop that u stopped in with ur dad on a long road trip and he struck up a conversation with the store owner and it was a cloudy day and u were bored so ur looking around the windows and then u see a girl that looks like ur friends mom but your age and shes so beautiful but youll never see her again... SOOO MANY SONGS WISH FOR THAT QUALITY AND THIS JUST HAS IT

I love this song. I've been stuck in nineties, early 2,000's music, and have never heard of Ariel Pink, but I'm definitely looking into more of his music and buying everything I can. I can't believe his record label let him go... it's not right. He didn't do anything wrong.

Sadly that did lead to a lot of people being radicalized as well but considering his relationship with John Maus, I'd say that he's not as awful as some will have you believe.

For best effect listen to his old haunted graffiti material. AP has said that he couldn't and wouldn't want to go back to what he was doing. He was in a very dark time. What he did was brilliant but he is an artist that is always pushing himself and what he is capable of producing in a studio environment. Love to old and new Ariel! Thankfully he has hours upon hours of material in his paw tracks releases to keep us busy :)
