I reviewed the Aktiia blood pressure monitor to see whether it could help me reduce my own blood pressure from Stage 1 hypertension back into a normal range. For this experiment, I embarked on a 1000-calorie-a-day Huel diet, and then measured the effect with the Aktiia blood pressure monitor.
