Hello, here we have to work on the nerve pathway starting from the neck down to the shoulder to the scapula. The scapula is the nerve center next to the leg and you need to release the hips in all directions. What do u do from a lying position

i don't think the patient would be able to hold the other end of that can with their affected hand.. may be while she try to stretch her or his han the with can, the hand may slip down, bcz the patient will not have control over the hold she need to do for stretching her, if her hand is spastic then the hand will obviously resist for that movement we want her or him to do with the help of the stick or may her hand slip due to the spastic biceps. or if her hand is flaccid than she or he won't be able to hold the stick

Is there any chance for a stroke patient to regain his arm movement(left arm) even at his 1year and 9 months? I do lift it up everyday and it makes reduce the stifnesses

Stroke is neuro brain damage. So it is hard to recovery the muscle affected eventhough we do the routin physical eorkout. It just loosen the stifness.

These are very basic exercises for early stages of recovery. I dont see any middle and later stages exercises anywhere.

What if I can not hold on to it.
