Focus is great.
But obsession is focus's older brother.
To keep connecting the mind to a goal repetitively causes the mind to become connected and attached. And from there, it becomes easier to move with intent.
Thoughts influence action. The power someone moves with in an action is directly connected with the thought preceding it.
How can you obsessed with yourself in terms of leveling up? Lowering your entropy and becoming a more interconnected version of yourself.
