LaVoy Finicum was murdered. Drone vidio shows him beong shot with rubber bullet so je would instinctively place jand over injured area and they used that action to say he was going for a gun....which was later planted on him. Justice for Lavoy and his family.

He then goes on to knowing misrepresent the motives of the protesters, the attitudes of the community, and the events. This leads to one of the most undemocratic incidents in our history, viz., the ambush shooting of political protesters on their way to speak to a sheriff and town meeting about the corruption of those who were attacking them. This was the murder of an individual who has not so much as a traffic violation in his life. Lavoy Linicum and Victoria Sharpe were not named as defendants in the arrest warrant that supposedly justified the incident. What was ABC news doing there? The testimony is that ABC news was to follow 10 minutes behind them from the refuge to the meeting with the sheriff. There is also video testimony that someone found documentation at the refuge of payoffs to the sheriff opposed to the demonstration. There was also a recording of Ammon Bundy's conversation with Chris, the pseudonym of the crisis negotiator. At Chris's request, Ammon Bundy describes the testimony he has recorded of ranchers who were interviewed by the DA about the Hammond case. This evidence was allegedly withheld for the Hammonds in violation of discovery laws. There was also an allegation by some sheriff that another sheriff had ordered the shooting but was countermanded by the Oregon Police. The FBI video shows that after Lavoy appeared to be shot with a taser and falls in the snow. His body is not checked and he is left bleeding in the snow for another 15 minutes. There is testimony from Victoria that Lavoy exited from the vehicle with his hands up, dripping blood on the snow. Shooting at the vehicle does not stop until a car happens on the roadblock and the family sees smoke pouring from the Lavoy's vehicle. If I can find out these things just by looking at documents and videos, shouldn’t ABC and the FBI be launching investigations of the sheriff, DA, the shooters, and the groups trying to cover up the criminal activities? Shouldn’t the State of Oregon be looking into whether Oregon Senate Bill 111 was ever implemented by the local police, since it was intended to prevent such incidents? What has become of my country where people believed in the rule of law, the right to assemble, free speech, the right to bear arms, etc.? The signs the government posted at the nature reserve said welcome, open to everyone, night and day, etc. Where are CNN and ABC's no trespassing signs giving them the right to advocate that the political protesters be killed.

I hope everyone knows the guy in the brown jacket (LaVoy Finicum) was killed by cops on his way to the sheriffs, Lavoy along with his family were stopped in an area with no service whatsoever, for no reason. LaVoy then proceeded to continue to drive to the sheriffs, he was chased down, car was shot at multiple times with family still in the vehicle. LaVoy stepped out shortly after the shots were fired, arms out and they still killed him and after that the pigs still shot at the truck with family screaming stop and wanting to get out of the vehicle. This is a clear and true sign of a tyrannical government slowly inching the bit into the mouth of the beast that the people are as one. Hear my plea as fellow humans and let us come together to put an end to this era of tyranny. This madness needs to be stopped cold in its tracks.

how u know they really wanted to light everyone in the truck up is after dropping Levoy the target. instead of commanding the 3 occupants in the to put hands up and exit slow. they fired stray rounds with random pot shots hoping to hit one in "accidental crossfire" that would have been reviewed internally as no wrong doing by officers. 2nd if no potshots at them hit anyone they were hoping the random shots into the windows and truck would scare them into fleeing the truck out of pure terror and then all get lit up for that threatening actions of fleeing from being shot at. when they still diddnt run from the random aimed potshots or get hit outright by one on "accident" they THEN tried flash bangs to scatter them in fear so they could be shot then after that failed they tried to put tear gas into the cab and area again hoping in the pain and inability to breath then possibly flee from the gas just to get air or cuz the gas pain burning ur lungs and eyes cause blindness and confusion and a humans fight or flight when gassed like that sometimes force a human to run randomly around from the deployed area just to breath or get relief or help out of panic at that point also allowing cops to light them up as they flail around stunned blind unable to breath then after doing that
