Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver's youngest son, Christopher, appears to have made major fitness transformation. On Monday, the 25-year-old was nearly unrecognizable, snapped by paparazzi outside a gym. He's also rocking a new look, with a mullet and beard.
