Greetings from the North! Great informative pedagogical video! Thanks for taking the time to put it on you tube. Just got about 20 litres of Aronia Berries from our allotment neighbours, and now we know, its time to make some juice!

CAUTION: fruit juice contains high levels of sugar. We recommend eating the WHOLE FRUIT. Dried Aronia Berries are available - simply micronise them in a blender and add to children's (or adults) breakfast cereal - we call it 'Nutrition By Stealth'.
