just imagine you're living the best life you could ever live, with your twin bros, and then you wake up to you being eaten by a snake. Wow.

Notice how the mother bird is smart and keeps her distance even if her babies are being eaten. She knows it's better for her to start over again instead of risking her own life.

It’s so sad when the mother keeps checking the nest by placing her body into it and make sure that the nest is really empty now. :(

This is a little tough to watch of course but the snake is just following its instinct because it needs to eat too or it will starve to death. This is nature's way of learning too. When the birds learn that putting their nests in a location like this leaves their young exposed, they will start to place them in better areas over time so that this doesn't happen as often.

Damn that first bird was half way down before he even woke up and realized he was being eaten.

That was legit terrifying 😭 The second bird in particular got to me when you see its scared little eyes as its being swallowed alive. Nature is ruthless.

A few weeks ago I was working at home when suddenly a bird started screaming in the backyard. It was ten times louder than this and I could clearly feel the panic in her voice. I thought they were fighting or something but when I ran out to the balcony I could see a magpie eating her babies on the ground. I'll never forget that sound.

Imagine a mom returning home with food for her children and finds that her children are no more there....... 😭

My brother and I witnessed snake eating 3 out of 4 parrots. We saved 1. We kept in a bird cage so mother could feed. A couple of months later, it flew away with its mum. This was when we displaced during war. Seeing this brings back so much memorise. Life is hard and cruel. Heartbreaking.

This is so cool. Watching the mother bird feed and take care of her babies. Then along comes a snake and mercesillely takes and eats them one by one. The first one wakes once it's inside the snake's mouth and realizes the danger and starts crying, as if its' saying "No, no. Mommie, mommie, help. Don't eat me," flapping its wing in an attempt to escape, all to no avail and the snakes chews and swallows the poor defenseless bird alive.The second doesn't realize what's happening at first. It has a look like, "hey, what's going on here?" before it too is eaten. The last one is eaten tail first, it's beak crying as it's body disappears into the snake as if saying "help me, help me, help me" and then silence. This is so cool.

My heart felt very heavy after seeing this. This is how Nature goes. Very painful. The mother bird hardwork got in vain.

That's why I hate snakes, 😠👊. Poor baby, 😪. In my back yard I always see hawks trying to catch squirrels and rabbits, and the small birds team up and chase them away. They can't defend themselves when they're alone, but together they can scare them away. They protect one another. I just love watching them doing it.
