One of the classic routes in the mountains of Arran which starts and finishes in Glen Rosa. It can be done in either direction but anti-clockwise (as in this video) probably provides the best views.
The forecast was for early cloud to break up and then sunshine for the rest of the day but hey, this is Scotland!

I believe one of the propellers is now in the Arran Heritage Museum as a memorial to all of those killed in the various plane crashes on the island
