As very good as we've been this PL season, losing 5 games and hoping to pip this CITY machine to the title is a bit of an ask, just ask LIV who had 97pts and sill came 2nd. Though this season CITY aren't up at their recent incredible standards, so even with maybe 28 wins, those 5 loses could prove costly. Since the PL stepped up levels, with several top teams pushing each other all the way, 2-3 loses max, is all the Champions generally lose. CITY 3-0 up at H/T. With no CL distractions, unfortunately for us, I see CITY thumping teams to the title and making history with their 4th consecutive.

@@hoverboy Most decidedly yes! As for conceding the least number of goals, that is to do with our defence not our attack, so I really do not understand the relevance and why you brought it up. Yes, Arsenal is currently the the EPL team that has scored the most goals and that is a superb achievement, not because of the strength of our centre forward, but in spite of that relative weakness. We have Jesus, who, he himself admits, does not count goal scoring as his particular strength!! Havertz is a pretty modest talent and Nketiah is rarely selected by Arteta. Arsenal has failed to win ten matches this season, having drawn five and thus lost five. Had Arsenal had a clinical striker to turn just one of those draws into a victory, Arsenal would be in control of its own destiny now for the English Premier League title! Do not believe me? If Haaland or somebody of his finishing talent had played for Arsenal this season, do you nit think that we should have scored many, many more goals? Likely, we should have finished matches off much sooner, allowing for more in-game rotation, so thatt the players would not have suffered the fatigue over Chrostmas that cost us so very dearly. Arsenal must get a better centre forward and if that costs another £100m, so be or. We could let Havertz and/or Jesus go to fund it partially.
