Both Carter and the fans ruined the show, while the plot of season 10 wasn't as good as it could be, it still continued the invasion plot, hell the season finale was literally about the invasion itself just like Smokey said in the original run. But no, some vocal fans hated it for whatever reason cuz they never liked the main plot anyway, not now and not in the past so Carter went even more stupid and turned it into some dream/premonition nonsense and that is how we got the worst season and the destruction of the show, season 11

Nah s11 had some solid episodes. If you take the mythology episodes out, there's some decent episodes like Familiar and the killer technology.
