Any law is made thinking for the betterment of the people in mind but if the betterment was achieved after abrogation or removal of that law then that law should be abrogated or never restored.

They should rather give bail to those people who are incarcerating in jails without even charge sheated. The exceptions of legislative lists which other kingdoms who acceded was recognised till they merged to make a state . Conditions of Privy purses continued till they chose not to challenge when abolished. 370 is. At par with privy purses hence can be abolished .

Article 370 was a treaty which had no place in a Constitution. Its intent and content should have been a separate document. Hence 370 is an invalid inclusion. How it survived there is by merely political maneuvers. A mistake which many eminent Lawyers know but are pleading otherwise and wasting time. Indians cannot allow a separate constitution in any state. There should be only one constitution. Other states are not inferior in any manner to JK

Article 370 is the by product of Accession treaty between union of India and jk. It infact is the application part of the accession designed by the framers of constitution. Now if Article 370 is temporary it by all reason signfies that Accession treaty concluded with union of india was temporary and also legal Sovereignty which was transferred to union of india by virtue of accession treaty is also temporary.

I wish Supreme court's time will be effectively utilised and not to be wasted too long(like the one happening now by congress and other oppn to have power over J&K) for the sack of political game plays.

These judges of high court and supreme court should be appointed by service commission only and their performance should be watched.These judges morality is very very low.Indians are noticing it and they loosing their confidence.

If act 370 not permanent then no one permanent in the world

The oral remark of CJI about article 370 not as permanent feature is too early while the arguments are on the way. Any remark by CJI during arguments must be in nature of doubt clarification but should not be like preset order in mind !!!
