Let Sibbal recall the State of Hyderabad when Nizam resisted to merge with Union Territory citing the same constitution. Union government had deployed the army to occupy, then he surrendered. Now Sibbal is acting in place of Nizam resisting to unsettle the settled issue in J&K against the national interest to help congress.

Mr Sibbal every time seems to forget, presently he is only an advocate, of course very senior advocate, and has to follow the rules and regulations as deemed fit by the CJI, may be on the pleading of his opponents. It doesn't behove proper for Mr Sibbal that CJI has to assert and even a bit loud to make him accept to file an affidavit from his client.

Sibal must be thrown out of the Court due to contempt. He can’t be belligerent and start “lecturing” the Court with impunity. Junagadh and Hyderabad had “acceded” to Pakistan or had declared independence. They got reintegrated via plebiscite and military defeat respectively. J&K had acceded to India. So no question of “contiguity”. Sibal pushing terrorists and Pakistani agenda in the Indian SC. Debar him from any legal profession.

I'm aghast hearing Mr. Sibal's statement that there was no connection between the country and Jammu and Kashmir. I pity his knowledge. No wonder he's always on the losing side everywhere, be it in the courts of law or people's court.

Mr Sibbal seems to always fight anti nation and anti Hindu cases. Loses each time as well!.Not a total loss, however, as there is always the huge fee for services rendered.The SC is giving him a long rope to argue against providing the required affidavit, would another lawyer be allowed such a luxury, one wonders!

This Sunday lawyer CIBAL is so foolish behavior that, he's not understanding what the CJI Requires for the purpose of the Indian judicial Supreme Court judges. The 1 page AFFIDAVIT is needed for further information about the client, applicant. This lawyer is behaving as if he doesn't understand what CJI IS asking. Whether the country is bigger or the constitution is bigger and the answer must be Country first and bigger then constitution and, if the country existed before the constitution, then the decision to abrogate Article 370 was absolutely correct. Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, and some to its residents, especially Muslims, do not consider themselves Indian Citizens. So, those individuals who pose a threat to the country then there is nothing wrong in breaking the constitution in order to safeguard an integral part of our country would be justified
