it works better if you level diagonally, 2 or 3 times. check the center, if it's too low, then you just need to raise or lower them all slightly

This video would be helpful if the camera would actually be on level with the build plate so that we can see where the nozzle should be.

The best is to use paper to measure. The best distance between the nozzle and the print. As long as the paper moves freely you are Good to go. Trust me when you do it a few times you can measure it with your eyes. Actually, with Artillery you don't need. Once you level your print bed you do not need to do it for a long time. But yes as you said having a camera at that angle for next time would be OK too.

@@mikey3d912 You are right about "for a long time". I only leveled my X1 one time. Now that I clogged a nozzle, I need to replace it. I've been printing on a CR-10 for a couple of years, and now an X1 for a year and this is the first nozzle I ever clogged. Hard to believe. I actually couldn't remember how to level the bed so I came to this video, lol. I also agree that the feel of the paper is more important than seeing the gap.

What if, all 4 corners are set correctly, but the 5th (the center) has no tension on the paper?

Hey! It would be useful if you made a tutorial on how to use the BLTouch with the printer as I assume it's officially supported as there is a port for it

Does this feature autolevl the bed, or does it just move the nozzle to the correct spot?

This is not auto-level. It moves to the correct spot. Then you adjust the wheels to make the paper fit well. After all five spots, you do it again.

well, using a paper is not bad... but it's better to use a feeler-gauge for perfect "tramming" (it isn't leveling, it's correctly called "tramming" - but the most say "leveling", so they will stick to it... And, of course, you need to go several Times "around" - not only one or two times, better 3-4 times - even when you just check the tramming again. Check the fifth (middle) spot if all 4 corners are correctly trammed - otherwise, it won't be correct.
