Everything about this looks so good, except the printing surface of course. Glad to know there's a solution tho. I think I will get this one because the features all look exactly like what I need

I do not have any issue's with my print bed as long as I let it cool. In fact some prints release themselves. You will hear a pop and they have sprung free. I noticed it looks like your first layer looks a little low. Maybe use baby stepping and raise the first layer slightly?

I have one of these for my classroom. I want to avoid as many issues as possible when we begin our printing. Where did you purchase or can you tell me where I can purchase the PEI board you added to your bed? The ones I have found are either metal (is that ok for this) or adhesive on one side. I rather just clip it like you have done. Thank you. You video helped me with figuring out a few things on mine.

Looks like a solid machine. I like the replaceable stepper drivers. Will be interested to see the longevity of those cables, I've heard good and bad things about the ribbon cables.

Guy, I run 11 of these X2 machines, with certain upgrades: Switch to an all metal hotend (change the heatbreak, microswiss nozzle, and ptfe tube inside), switch to a metal titan aero idler arm and tension screw, move the Filament runout sensor to the mainboard on the ZMin pin. The wiring for that is already included, and change out the firmware in both the motherboard and the tft to a more current version with upgraded features such as input shaping, linear advance, M600 direct on the Motherboard, nozzle parking, UBL bed leveling, etc. Change the ABL sensor pin to an upgraded version (I sell these on my etsy website store) made from a much stronger and reliable material. (These are known to have issue with reliability, and are prone to breakage). After these upgrades, you will find this printer extremely capable, and I regularly print production runs on it in my farm at speeds in excess of 150 mm/s without any issues.
