The drama overall discusses the idea of embracing change and flying high by losing all the weight for the women of Pakistan
Sar-e-Rah is an exceptionally well-written drama, which discusses the stories that are scattered all around us but unfortunately we tend to shy away from shedding some light over them.
Sar-e-Rah will share the stories of women who are the victim of child marriages, girls who are being suffocated solely because of their gender, daughters who are unable to help their fathers as their honor will be at “stake” and a intersex who is being humiliated for his identity.

"Sar e Rah" is a compound Farsi word, which means "On the Way". For Hindi speaking people: the 'e' between two words is called azafat, which literally means addition or subjoin and is used as a proposition "of". Azafat and soft Na/N/Noon are the basic rooted differences between Urdu and Hindi, else both languages are same and used to be called as Hindustani as late as 1866.

@@muslim_first And so has (had) Hindustani. Most Arabic words along with their Persianized pronunciations came through Farsi. Notice the word Zamir (conscience) is actually an Arabic word Dhamir. Agha from aqa is another one. Augmentation of Arabic into Farsi happened in 8th and 9th century, a period called Iranian Intermezzo.

No doubt credit goes to writer and director for such a wonderful story telling but this episode belonged to Muneeb. I had goosebumps seeing Muneeb’s performance. He portrayed it so well and for once you never felt that it was caricatured. In fact it was so real, and we could see his efforts. In this Muneeb has proved himself that he is a good actor…. Excellent performance…

Pakistan is always blessed with great drama writers, directors, porducers and actors.... This episode is the best example that Pakistan still have the best drama writers.... The theme of play was excellent and the production team and actors did full justice with their roles... Congratulations to the whole team of this play.

This is a heart wrenching episode. Very sensitively scripted and directed. It’s heartening to see Shabbir handle Saarang with so much maturity and sensitivity. The mother is nasty and pure evil. But then she doesn’t know better perhaps. Fabulous and best episode so far!💝 Muneeb Bhatt at his best!

Many people might not know that muneeb was not offered this character...and he asked director he want to do that...and director refused...so he requested director to give him chance of audition...and he himself acted and recorded his video and also put some music so somehow director would like it...and next morning he got the call that he has been selected for this character 🔥🔥

So impressed by drama! Superb casting, amazing story!! Even the child actor did an outstanding job. Each character is so strong and no one could have done the character of Rania better than Saba. The way the character connects with Rania one by one is so smooth and best thing ever. Last but not least, each of the dialogue and its delivery is just amazing!! We need more dramas like this and not the stereotypical ones.

I was bullied my entire school life the reason as this character went through but Thank GOD, Mam Sarah Vallyani got me in the music industry which helped me not be ever bullied again. But when I was having a good stable career, My Dad Died, For the same reason. What an amazing EPISODE ! My Mom & I cried during the whole episode today. Saba Qamar, Nabeel, & Muneeb Butt did an amazing show. Also, Javeria Saud proved again shes the queen of Vamps in Lollywood, the amazing facial expressions showed her as a TRUE VAMP ! 🌸💕

@@anugupta5241 ik intersex are the people who are biologically disabled but with rapid advancement in medical and healthcare it can easily be cure at the time of birth of child,,, so no need to for child to make such decisions bcz ... Changing ur kid's gender just bcz ur child feels like is not a sensible of dealing things ... At such immature age,,, children r fascinated by alott things ... Does dat means we can change their gender as to a cat or dog ? I agree that this drama was phenomenal but the message of lgbtq its trynna potray under the banner of intersex is what is stand against

Hi I'm a doctor . Being born LGBT is not a choice as per medical guidelines . Intersex genitalia Is a different topic all together . A girl being raised a girl can have xy chromosome due to mutations . It's not as simple as genital surgery . Hormones play a very big complex role . Pls don't confuse the two.

This episode literally made me goosebumps along with crying mode... What can one say about dialogues and acting skills of pakistani celebrities? It's already awesome and unexplainable.... Sarang's character and his father... Awesome characters played by both of them... Really stunning... Talking about drama, it's just wow , representing daily social problems existing in the society is just wow... Just a different emotion beyond any drama.... It's not called as script, it's rather an emotion explaining the mentality of our cruel society... No matter wherever a person is living, everyone is suffering somehow in different ways... May God bless nd help everyone whosoever is suffering somewhere in such a cruel society....

Sarang's father has played a remarkable role. In our Kashmiri society, we have 95% such fathers. The acting in almost every Pakistani drama is on another level. No one can match them.

You have clearly misinterpreted the dialogues btw father and son. He literally gave his son the switch to choose any gender he wants, which is quite opposite and is against Islam. Its what qoum e loot used to do ... They are representing lgbtq community under the banner of intersex community

Father constantly corrected the child but said that he will still be loved and supported. Did you know that most people THINK about a lot of sins on the daily basis? You even have committed many sins. Did your father kick you out amd send you to live in an orphanage? You can see that the child who got supported ended up being educated and got a job. Instead of becoming a Dancer. You think Islam would ask you to send such kids to become dancers? Explain to me what should be done to such kids? Also lie is haram. Everyone lies.
