This pokemon rap battle features ash ketchum from ash pokemon against yugi muto from yugioh. The star of the pokemon anime is ash with his ace pokemon pikachu and ash greninja. The next season of the anime features ash pokemon sword and shield. yugi muto is the original protagonist of yugioh as their are spinoffs such as yugioh gx. He is the king of games and has defeated many in a yugioh duel with his yugioh deck. The yugioh opening features the famous yugioh theme as well. Who will win in this ash vs yugi pokemon vs yugioh video game rap battle?
More about ash ketchum, known as satoshi in Japan, is a fictional character in the pokemon franchise owned by Nintendo. He is the protagonist of the pokemon anime and certain manga series as well as on various merchandise related to the franchise. And his English motto is derived from the Japanese motto (as the letters 'Gotta catch ém all!' are included in 'Pokémon getto da ze!'). The dream of ash pokemon is to become a pokemon Master. He is loosely based on pokemon red, the player character from the Generation I games pokemon red green, blue and yellow as well as the Generation III games pokemon firered and leafgreen versions. The character's first official appearance in a game was in Pokémon Puzzle League. As the protagonist of the pokemon anime, ash has appeared in all episodes of the anime, all the films and several of the television specials. This includes the modern pokemon sword pokemon shield pokemon sword and shield and pokemon go potentially.
And yugi muto in the English dub, is a fictional character who was created by Kazuki Takahashi and is the main character of the manga series Yu-Gi-Oh!. Little yugi is introduced as a teenager who is solving an ancient Egyptian puzzle known as the Millennium Puzzle, hoping it will grant him his wish of forming bonds. And yugi revives an ancient spirit called Atem (yami yugi in the English dub and Dark Yugi in the English translation of the manga). During the series, yugi forms friendships with the supporting cast, interacts with Atem and learns about his secrets. Besides the manga, yugi has also appeared in the anime adaptations, films and video games based on the franchise. yugi was created as a weak, young man who is interested in games and becomes a hero when playing them. According to Takahashi, through this trait, Yugi emphasizes the series' themes; friendship and the enjoyment of games. Atem was created as a hero who would appeal to young children through his strong characterization. Critical reception to Yugi has been mixed; some writers found Yami Yugi to be too dark for the series but others praised the development of both Yugi and his lookalike alter-ego. His role in movies, mostly The Dark Side of Dimensions, was also praised for featuring a more mature version of the character.

@@iosifcristianandries9605 Sure no problem. Deck is a term in cards. A deck is usually a set of three or more cards be it the entire set or if someone has at least three or more in their possession. In Pokémon the Pokédex or dex is the data of all Pokémon. Half your dex (which also sounds like decks) cut implies that while Ash has traveled the world he either gave, released or have some situation of him losing his Pokémon. Or it could also imply with the new Pokémon Sword/Shield a lot of Pokémon were removed but eventually put back in lol 😅. It’s excellent writing I must say. Hope this helps and have a nice day.

Ok I just want to point out the "duel personality" bar. That shit is actually brilliant. Obviously yeah it's a duel/dual wordplay which isn't anything to special, but the fact that Yugi's "dual" personality almost only comes out to duel really sells the bar. It's literally his duel personality.

Either that or their silent cause whenever Yugioh comes up usually the majority of people are like "Oh yeah. I watched Yugioh when I was like 10." Something about 5D's being their favorite series And somehow never seeing GX Then that's about it. Nobody talks about anything past 5D's unless they're stopping by to say. "Bad. Reading the comments- just wanted to say- Plot armor can be broken into two categories: competition and survival. Yugi definitely has plot armor when it comes to winning duels, but if Ash didn't have plot armor, he would've died in the first episode of Pokemon. And many, many times after that. Poisoning, electrocution, falling from insane heights, etc.

@@cowanshields8087 Sorry i have no idea what are the battles you stated ^^;; but at least misty and brock does appear time to time, for misty theres i think advance gen (?) and sun and moon, for brock he followed ash so much more longer so i think it counts. A series is a series after all. Gary is coming back this journeys too and i believe he popped up somewhere in the middle of the other series somewhere. Pokemon is too long for me to remember everything but i do remember old characters popping in and out somewhere amongst series x'D

It's funnier when you recall Yu-Gi-Oh did not start as a series to sell a card game, the author just wanted the characters to play a card game like MTG because he was a fan but did not want to pay the rights, and made a simpler and faster game that got popular enough to become real. What's even funnier is that it's a pretty different game, the Pokemon card game is much more like MTG, with energies basically being lands, made me wish Yugi would have pointed out that despite it's origins, the game changed enough there are videos longer than one hour about explaining MTG characters how to play Yu-Gi-Oh or even explain things like the Extra Deck while the Pokemon TCG is MUCH easier to get into for Magic fans.

Should have mentioned in addition to the length of time it took Ash to win a championship, that Yugi won several in a fraction of the time. And given that he was still King of Games in GX as an adult it's pretty much canon he kept winning even without Atem.

As much as I love both battlers, and have been since I was a kid, I'm afraid Yugi wiped the floor with Ash on this one. Both had good bars, but he was about as merciless as his antagonists. Also, VGRB, that was a fantastic Dan Green impersonation, dude! I almost thought it was LittleKuriboh for a second, it was that good!

And after Serena kissed Ash , he just forgot about her the next season. And she didn't even came back in Sun & Moon anime. Any time Ash is in a rap battle, it's a massacre. Look at ERB, Darwin slaughtered him with both "You're so ineffective that you couldn't turn 11" and the final verse "Harder than the wood that Oak gives your mother". Seriously, Ash is an easy target in Rap Battles.

Only spitting facts for both, Ash honestly lost before the rap started, blame the Pokemon franchise. Yugi's last line "I'm out, like every girl you meet" was too fire. Ash is still under leveled from 20 years of training and never won a championship, and do we still talk about the Pokemon Sun & Moon anime tournament. Yugi even beat the Pharaoh at the end of the anime who used Egyptian Gods, well that's plot armor for you, tbh in real life you don't need god cards to beat 3 god cards, they're bad cards irl.

In the anime gods had like 15 effects or something. Like they were unaffected except by gods. It took like 18 years to have a Monster with such protection and Attack (arrival cuneese @ignister) so yeah they were very hard to beat without a god
