A very interesting way to tackle Burning mechanically. I like that the main build is straightforward, but there would be some funny meme stuff you could do. I had a Burning reaction idea that I feel is more suitable for a 4* unit. Something like the mark from Nahida's Seed of Skandha skill mixed with area damage of Albedo's Solar Isotoma skill; where after so many ticks of Burning a secondary instance of AoE is triggered around the marked target(s). If the character was Pyro and what other effects their kit provided, I think a unit with this kind of skill would be a suitable support for Asha.

I think that Asha is from Sumeru her mother from one of the village in the Forest (maybe Vimara village) while the fater is from Aaru village in the desert the two fell in love and had Asha, Asha tried to enroll at the academy but she was rejected by the people of the academy (green critalflies) then she tried to become an eremite in the desert but they reject her because of her mixed culture(mixed wings) a day Cyno during a patroll found her and told her about mondstat (Cyno went to mondstat so it make sense) and Asha decided to live there because it's a paeceful place, maybe Collei helped her because she knows the city and now Asha its a gardener there (she could be diluc assistant in his winery)

Feel free to use this idea in a video! I had an idea for another "useless reaction", Crystalize, and I think it's actually really well thought out. Fairouz is the first character from the Vahamuna Darshan, the last of the darshans in Sumeru without a character. He specializes in studying King Deshret’s ruins in the desert. The kit also provides a buffer for HP, since unlike attack dpses, who have so many characters like bennet or chevreuse to buff attack, there's no HP buffers other than a few niche 5 star constellations. Fairouz will be a Geo bow user, and Is going to convince the main character to use the crystalized reaction to their advantage. Elemental Skill - Archaic Crystal Construct Fairouz creates a statue of himself called the Archaic Crystal Construct. It would persist when Fairouz swaps off field, and would do his normal attack string, with a cooldown of 1 second in between each shot. It would deal 20% ATK and 250% EM as Geo damage at level talent level 9. The Archaic Crystal Construct is considered a Geo construct. Elemental Burst - Temple of The Enlightened Fairouz creates an Institution Domain as large as Nahida’s Shrine of Maya. Within this domain, the active character will have -100% All Elemental Resistance and massively decreased resistance to interruption, and will gain the Illuminated effect. Characters under the Illuminated effect gain +3% CRIT Rate and +10% CRIT Damage for every 100 points of Elemental Mastery Fairouz possess at talent level 9. If a shield is produced by a character while the Institution Domain is active, it will instantly rupture, dealing Geo damage in a large AOE based on 200% of the HP of that shield. A1 Passive - Archeological Revelation If the active character is protected by a Crystalize shield, they will gain a 5% increase in their max HP as well as a 5% shield strength bonus. If they pick up another crystalized shard they will gain an additional 5% increase in their max HP and shield strength bonus. Max 3 stacks. A4 Passive - Destitution of The Desert When the Archaic Crystal Construct is inside the Institution Domain and deals Geo damage to an enemy, the active character gains a 5% increase in their max HP. Max 3 stacks. Utility Passive - Two Eyes are Better Than None When Fairouz opens a chest, investigates an investigation spot, or defeats an enemy, it awards 10% more mora. This passive talent is disabled in Domains and the Spiral Abyss. Constellation 1 - The Oasis In The Desert Shall Stay Precious If there is a Hydro character in the party, increase all party member’s max HP by 20%, and give the active character a 5% Hydro Damage Bonus. If there is no Hydro character, Fairouz gains a 12% Geo damage bonus. Constellation 2 - The Torch Shall Remain Lit In The Darkest of Nights If there is a Pyro character in the party, increase the damage of the Archaic Crystal Construct by 20%, and give the active character a 5% Pyro Damage Bonus. If there is no Pyro character, Fairouz gains a 12% Geo damage bonus. Constellation 3 - The Statues Shall Protect The Ruins Increase the level of Archaic Crystal Construct by 3. Constellation 4 - The Desert Stars Shall Chill The Sands If there is a Cryo character in the party, increase the Attack Speed of the Archaic Crystal Construct by 12%, and give the active character a 5% Cryo Damage Bonus. If there is no Cryo character, Fairouz gains a 12% Geo damage bonus. Constellation 5 - The Institution Shall Always Foster The Wise Increase the level of Temple of The Enlightened by 3. Constellation 6 - The Desert Lightning Shall Penetrate It’s Secrets If there is an Electro character in the party, increase the Attack Speed of the Archaic Crystal Construct by 12%. This effect can stack with similar effects. When Fairouz’s crystal construct hits an enemy, generate one Geo particle. When a character picks up a crystalized shard, generate one particle for the element the shard was. If there is no Electro character, Fairouz gains a 12% Geo damage bonus.

Honestly, for the lore I would've gone a bit darker. Maybe Asha and her family were renowned incense makers years ago, and used to be THE go to incense makers when the Sabzeuz festival came along. But a rogue fire burned down their home and their business(Accidentally started by Asha herself when she was little, no one knew it was her); In the fire, maybe someone got hurt, let's say one of her grandparents. She ran away later that same night. We meet Asha in Sumeru city, talk to her, but she runs away when someone comes close; maybe her sibling or her other grandparent, they saw her and acted on impulse. They explain who and why they are there, tell them about Asha, and ask the Traveller if they could help. (The grandparent that got burned that night has died of old age; that is also the reason why Asha came back, to pay her respects and say goodbye) Things happen to pat out the story/they convince Asha to go back and maybe talk; but oh no! Somebody kidnapped a younger member of her family, (Let's say it's her younger brother). Let's say it was some treasure hunters who heard about the riches of the incense making family; We go and beat them up. Asha forgives herself and starts anew with her family. It kinda...maybe slightly fits the whole Rebirth/Renewal shtick with pyro and we could have it in the same patch as, if there'll ever be, a Sabzeruz festival event, with Asha taking part in the story of the event.

It occurs to me that you could make a build that maximizes crit DMG and spam the Ult since it has 100% crit rate

I'm not sure why Google gave you that case - in that case, it would be "Arantio Flore," a lot closer to what you got, but the one you have is "orange" the fruit rather than "orange" the color. TLDR : anemo character that specializes in buffing swirl damage (5 star, catalyst) Angkasa - Boundless Sky Model : Tall male Normal attack : Sky Sonata Perform 3 hit combos that deals anemo damage Charge attack : consume a set amount of stamina to shoot gust of wind that knocks enemies upward while dealing aeo anemo damage Elemental skill : Boundless Bliss Angkasa summon a Boundless Cloud that deals aeo anemo damage. Upon comming into contact with pyro/hydro/cryo or electro, the cloud will absord the element. Comes with 2 charges, multiple instances of Boundless clouds can exist at the same time. When not in combat, Angkasa can jump into the cloud, riding it and move with increased movement speed, and can flow over water and up the cliff with ease Damage (lv 10) : 200% attack + 300% em / hit, total of 4 hits Duration : 10 sec Charge replenish time : 20 sec Cloud extra movement speed : 50% Elemental burst : Heaven's Havoc Angkasa summon a deadly tornado infront of him, enemies will continously being pulled to the center of the tornado, if the tornado comes in contact with pyro/hydro/cryo or electro, it will get elemental absorption. My guess is that we'll get a fontaine character in 4.8 which does burning niche buffing and I'm guessing they will be a dendro or pyro catalyst because of how its easier to keep burn uptime like that

I think to solve the “not enough Dendro units issue” for some teams is to have Ashe’s burst apply 2 units of dendro. It might be a cope solution, but it’ll make her burst more useful.

Probably my favorite yet, and I have a grand total of 1 thing I would change. I believe that a better balance for the different variations of the burn comps would be achieved by making the passive more similar to Neuvillette's than the current incarnation, probably a big boost for 1 unit, a relatively small jump for adding a second (quite simply there aren't any teams that I can think of that really take huge advantage of those 2 extra team slots provided) and then a much larger leap for going from 2 to 3, since losing out on VV or other reactions hurts. As for what the teams would exactly look like, pure burning (with or without VV) is most comparable to current Chevereuse teams, the same characters that are good in one should be the same ones that are good in the other on the pyro side. if we bring a second dendro into the mix, I'm unsure what would really be gotten out of it. With the way ownership works for burning, building EM won't help much outside of their scaling the way it does in electro-based teams, Nahida would provide an EM team buff at least but you need some defense, and you want an on-fielder so you wouldn't have room for an anemo in that case, it would have to be double pyro double dendro. Burnmelt is the best way to use burning now, and that won't change after this, full burning uptime for great damage plus good reactions from the main dps, I'd love to see how Wriothesly's teams would work out because I doubt Furina and Asha can coexist, though if they ever released a (preferably teamwide) pyro healer with consistent pyro app, that would be his perfect team. Burload on the other hand probably prefers Nahida, you get around half uptime on burning and the big advantage to this type of team is getting overloads without losing quickens, so Nahida's EM buff really helps. Overburn happens if you don't drop the burning aura, and I imagine it would be alright, though I doubt it competes with Burnmelt.

I was hoping Dehya would fall under the Forward Melt niche, but I was sorely mistaken. Joke's aside, another great video!

I think c1 should be her c2, her c1 could be like neuvilette where she gains one stack of her party member passive inherently, letting her maximize burn damage while allowing for one extra part member for flexibility Like wrio for burnmelt or clorinde for overload quicken

this is gonna sound kinda crazy but with all the cave imagery surrounding the golden crystalflies i think Asha is part khaenri'ahn, which would be quite the twist considering all half-khaenri'ahn children we know of got turned into hilichurls but the curse of immortality hasnt said anything about not letting the khaenri'ahns from reproducing

My thoughts about Asha according to the lore you told, but I believe it is told about her real life. So I think she lives in Liyue, therefore was born in Natlan. There were 6 tribes And 2 people from 2 different tribes gave birth to Asha. And it is not respected to disrespect your own tribe, they were hated and bullied after that. Then a traveler/merchant (not MC) from Liyue led them to well Liyue. And they were respected there. So Asha would be a Natlanian with the Blood of Two Tribes. Probably Mines and Forest. So yea! What do you think? Also I noticed Asha is "ash", fits to be from Natlan! From Natlan because well maybe the tribes, 2 of different groups you mentioned or something like that and... Why Liyue? Exploration Passive.

I feel like making her passive and attacks scale on atk instead of EM just misses the point of dendro and it's cohesive design, I feel like just changing it to EM would not only make building her simpler but also fit much better thematically with dendro as a whole. Not every character needs to be super flexible, sometimes simplicity and cohesiveness makes for a more satisfying character. Great job over all tho, I like the idea of a passive that adds to burning dmg per tick and would like to suggest the idea of burning dmg increasing the longer you have burning active.
