That and the cleanliness of the town and really that whole area you showed of Wisconsin speaks very highly of the people who live there! Russ, thanks for stopping back in Wisconsin. Your trip a couple of years ago was the best IMHO. Gatlinburg, the Smokey Mountains, Gettysburg, the lighthouses of western Michigan, northern Wisconsin, and all the way back to Oregon (I think) - that was your best yet.

Wow. What an amazing video. Being an art photographer I really enjoyed it, and I was wondering who the artist was. It's actually two women, and their names are Kelly Meredith and Susan Prentiss Martinsen, and they go back to 2005. These women are absolutely amazing. Trust me, it was no easy task, but you can tell they put a lot of love into them.

And the Lake Superior adventure continues...this is shaping up to be one of your best trips! You mentioned the lack of views on the tree-lined roads--that's the one drawback to road-tripping in heavily wooded areas for me. After awhile I start to get a little claustrophobic. As usual, when you walk around the small towns there's always something interesting to see. There are so many really neat murals in these places, I wonder if anyone has ever thought to take photos and publish a series of books about them. (I imagine getting releases from the artists would be a daunting task).

You should drive over to Fish Creek WI. And visit Julie's Park Cafe & Motel. They have some amazing food and baked goods. There's another place down the street that have goats on their roof!

Mr. Russ, I've been enjoying your videos. Especially the ones in Arizona. I have a question about RVing in AZ and I hope you can help. In your travels around the state, do you know of a spot that a 40' long Bus can get to that is next to a lake or river? When I mean next to...I'm talking parking within 50' of the water. 100' away MAX. I'm looking for a free boon docking spot to go to but I can't seem to find one that is accessible to a 40' Bus. So far I've scoped out Saguaro Lake, Canyon Lake and Roosevelt lake by car. Plenty of access for cars, 4x4s and even some vans but for a 40' Bus...nothing. Either the roads in to the Lake won't allow a Bus to get around the curves without risking killing on-coming traffic or there's no spots next to the water a Bus can get in to. I was going to check out Lake Pleasant next and maybe somewhere on the Gila River out near Gila Bend. I also heard about Mitty Lake but again...don't know if any of those spots are accessible to a Bus or have spots next to the water big enough for a bus. Any suggestions on where to go? I just watched your video about Lake Pleasant but I didn't see anything that was on the lake that you visited. Mostly areas that smaller vehicles can get in to and not on the water.

@9:42. that ivy growing up on the building looks cool and all but it really is`nt good for the brick. the secretions of the ivy that makes it stick to the brick actually deteriorates the brick and eventually the brick will crumble...
