I've seen KISS live a few times and regardless of what others may say, they put on one of the best shows I've ever seen.

Bands & artists that have been around for 35 - 40 years or more almost always give awesome value for money if or when you get to see them live. I found that out here in Australia in 2010 when I saw The Eagles… And they played for close to 4 hours, with the show ending near enough to midnight 👍😄🦅

KISS’s drummer, Eric CARR sang on the quiet interlude at the end of the guitar solo. This was Eric’s final appearance on a KISS recording. He passed away shortly after from heart cancer. RIP The Fox.

KISS wrapped up their touring days in December of 2023 after 50 years. This is my band - these are my boys. I've seen them live multiple times and was lucky enough to see them one last time in November of 2023 at the Hollywood Bowl here in Los Angeles. If you get a chance to see a full live performance of theirs, you should check it out. By far the most spectacular live show that you'll see.

Yes... watching BILL & TEDS BOGUS JOURNEY is why i liked this song... they played it all over the radio so the catchiness hooked me. It just holds an nostalgic feeling for me 🤘🏽😎

KISS is my cousin’s favorite Rock Band. He’s seen them at least 100 times, I would guess maybe even more. He took me to a KISS Concert right before the pandemic came. They were AWESOME 🤩

This song was originally released by Argent in 1973, covered by the Christian rock band Petra in 1977, then Kiss covered the song in 1991. FUN FACT: All three versions have different lyrics.

Did not know this fact at all thank you for it. Had 0 clue but makes sense as the writing on this album this song stuck out like crazy. Plus in interviews they never claimed another band or writer. Since you gave me a nice piece of info... my buddy named Josh Heirs who was Christian lead singer check out the song "Witness" my guitar work is on it studio version only and 2 live performances in illinois and Wisconsin. He quit music scene after a freak out from mosquito bite in Africa on missionary trip got very sick. Regardless of how he is now the song is original enough and was amazing. If your a Christian or not worth hearing for our work on the track. The riffs and melody has a total catch and it vibes. He does real-estate these days for his dad. 😂😂😂 but no joke hear it worth it it's my fav Christian song ever I have others but regardless of my playing on it I love the vibe and melody. It just hits right😊

The official video show old KISS footage all the way back to 1975. It was drummer Eric Carr's last video before he passed away of heart cancer.He died the same day Freddie Mercury (November 24 1991) I hope ya'll will want to revisit this song again,please react to the video “God Gave Rock ‘n’ Roll To You II” 1991

They played this song over the PA system as the crowd was leaving for the last few tours...you tapped into the vibe of the song completely!

You freaking nailed it. This was the song they played from the tape when the show was over and people were leaving the stadiums. It gave such an emotional cherry on top to what was always a great concert.

Good 'Argent' cover. I agree with others...KISS Live was always fun. Luckily, for me, the three times I saw them were with original members; 1979, and then the Reunion (1996) and Farewell (2000) Tours.

Asia & BJ, you’ll love their "Shout It Out Loud" and “Beth”!! “Beth” was their only top 10 hit in the US, and only included Peter Criss from the band on lead vocals, with Bob Ezrin: piano and production Dick Wagner: acoustic guitar; and the New York Philharmonic: orchestra!!

Kiss did their last show not to long ago at Madison Square Garden... But it's Kiss, so you never know. I'm mean I think Kiss did a 20-year farewell tour... (That might be an exaggeration)

Petra, a great contemporary Christian band of the 80s, did a cover of this that was played at a lot of church related events and concerts. They wouldn't play KISS at those venues. Same song, go figure. Doesn't seem like a thing to worry over considering all the problems the Church has. Great memories, thanks.

Kiss retired December 2023. You need to watch the avatar version of this video. I saw Kiss three times. The best one I went to was on mine & Gene Simmons birthday August 25th!! I'll never forget that one!!

I've been a KISS fan since i was 10 years old I'm 59 now seen them in concert many times . Unfortunately I was one of the unlucky ones who had tickets for the final show in Toronto found out the show was cancelled just as we were getting to the arena. I'm not so much bummed that the show was cancelled stuff happens people get sick what did bum me out was the fact that they didn't schedule a make up date especially cancelling 3 of their last 5 shows ever. Would it have hurt to do 3 more shows ? Yes i know they wanted to make NY their last shows ever but still.

Love the channel, just kinda wish this reaction meant more to ya'll. You guys don't really have any context of KISS. They came up in the early 70's and by the late 70s they literally became THE GROUP of the 70's where kid's had lunch boxes, comic books, & everyone dressed up as KISS. It's so weird that so many people today have no clue how big KISS was in the late 70's. Love the channel but damn. This is so out of context. You guys haven't gone down the KISS journey before this song. But oh well.
