Yeup! I've made your fried chicken (the sauce with fruit jelly is so good) and your mandu jeongol (veggies and tofu with vegan dumplings - so good I've gotten requests for it). You almost always have given alternatives and I'm glad you did cuz my doctor has strongly recommended that I eat more plant-based meals now that I'm older and have more ailments. So whether your recipes are plant-based or not, as long as you're giving alternatives just show what you like and how you prepare ... don't mind the complainers. 😘 Love you guys!

I love your commitment to including substitutions as notes despite not being fully plant based anymore! I was a little worried, as a plant based viewer, when you announced the change. But I have been following since before you went plant based, since I can apply the flavor inspiration and play around with the rest, but it cuts out my worst attempts when you give me a substitute! I've been watching since you lived in Sacramento and was pleased to purchase the same brands as you from the same stores and still supported you after you moved and became plant based. Gosh, what an Excellent Recipe and I’am going to incorporate this as a staple dish as I’ve always loved Alfreda sauce and all these ingredients. Something I’ve discovered recently for those that can’t or shouldn’t consume American wheat product, is hearts of main or sorghum pasta. My lovely friend Seonkyoung, thank you for this one🤗. Truth be told, I have never been a huge fan of shrimp or mushrooms...I'm a wierdo I guess🥴...most people seem to love them. One of those people is my lovely 84 year-old Mom. I will surely make this one for her...maybe minus the spice, as she doesn't dig it quite like I do🤗. There's more people in the comments complaining about other people complaining than people complaining in the first place, the internet classic. There's a cool opportunity here to introduce techniques/ingredients that vegans use a lot that others might not know about, which I think could appeal to a lot of people who want to eat less animal products but aren't willing to go all the way (and that's fine). As a vegan thank you for giving it a shot and showing you can still make delicious food with plant based ingredients. It seems like things have been stressful for you so do what you need to find more balance for now
