He said he is not perfect. But no one is. And he even envies himself, the Golden Maknae in the view of the fans. Those are what make him the perfect role model, 'coz no role model should consider himself/herself perfect. He is such a beautiful, talented, caring, loving, warmhearted, soft, nice, kind, cool, polite, compassionate, gracious, humble human being. It's so sad when I watched a video about him thinking about what other young men of his age doing....normal young men, since we can considered him as not normal in a way because he is an artist since he was just a kid, teenager. Thank God he has such wonderful 6 hyungs that give him the loves and their best, making him who he is now. Hope he realizes how a great person he is, because JK of BTS is the same as Jeon Jungkook, and he should always love himself, be true to himself, stay strong, happy and healthy. Love always.

It reassures me Jin has always been there to take care of Koo. Not just rustle him out of bed, driving him to school, buying him food but also taking care of his mental wellbeing. When Koo was homesick Jin would cook him special meals or bring him home to his own parents. When Koo wanted to quit Jin talked him out of it. Recently as well, at Festa 2020 Jin talked about how Koo shutdown but Jin was finally able to get him to talk. Jin is always willing to offer affection and support. Even the play wrestling is fulfilling a parental duty because that's how fathers teach their son's to control their physical strength when it's developing. The other hyungs helped too of course. Koo was under so much pressure but he was surrounded by the best brothers.

Honestly, how can someone hate this man??? Do they even have a heart. It’s ok to dislike him. They don’t have to like him. But how can they HATE him??? What did he do wrong??? He gives nothing else but only endless love, passion, and kindness. This boy claimed that “I would rather die than live without passion” when he was just 14 years old and he still claims that now (watch BTS docu series and his arm tattoo says “rather be dead than cool”). That’s his life motto from the start. It never changed. He only improves throughout the years. He is brilliant in everything he does. He always gives his best. He loves his hyungs so much that he prioritizes their pain over himself. He genuinely genuinely loves loves his fans so much that he tattooed ARMY on his knuckles. He says “I love you ARMY” over and over again without getting bored, always thinks about ARMY, sings for ARMY, writes songs for ARMY, makes jokes for ARMY, performs for ARMY, apologizes for ARMY, beats himself up because of ARMY, etc. The list can go on and on. Do y’all know what his forearm tattoos mean??? 0613 tattoo is BTS debut date. The letters are also abbreviations of the members’ names (A - V - Taehyung, RM - Namjoon, MY - Min Yoongi, JM - Jimin, J for Jin, Jimin, Jungkook). Do I even need to explain the Purple Heart and ARMY symbol? Not so sure what he means by the “woozy” face emoji though. The crown may say that ARMY are his crown and he’s wearing it with such pride and appreciation (you may have a different understanding from mine). A brief explanation on BTS x ARMY symbols, if you put the these two symbols side by side vertically, it creates a bulletproof (BTS) shield (ARMY) that BTS protects BTS and ARMY. The pointed end means they’re moving forward, chasing their dreams instead of settling for reality. Now back to JK’s tattoo, the three-black-bars tattoo on his right forearm is from the Korean flag. It means “justice” and represents where he came from.The flower is called Tiger Lily, his birth flower (watch RUN BTS EP.99). It’s an orange lily that “symbolizes energy, warmth, confidence, passion, and satisfaction in life. It also symbolizes Ho our and respect for a notable person. So if you want to express your gratitude to a particular person for a job they’ve done or appreciate someone’s amazing work, orange lilies express just that.” The words behind the flower tattoo are “PLEASE LOVE ME.” Knowing this meaning seriously broke my heart. I just want to come to him and tell him how much ARMY love him everyday single day. His love is so big and unconditional that I’m scared of people not appreciating him enough, leading him to feel that he’s not good enough. It’s always heartbreaking to see him down and disappointed himself. I’m not trying to sound traumatic here but this is honestly how I feel. I’m glad that he has good people besides him. I hope he always sees the positive sides no matter what happens. He deserves everything, including his center position, main vocalist, lead dancer, fame, money, talents, skills, looks, family, good friends, love, appreciation, attention, and rewards, etc. I wish that Jungkook will always stay strong on his path and become one of the most respected artists in the world.

I heard that some of ARMYs think, that crown means that BTS are kings, but honestly I just think same as you - that JK gives a crown to ARMY. also the three crosses (or plus?) - dosen't symbols for his family? mum, dad and brother? because he loves BTS and ARMY, but also his family, and I just try to "find" them in his hand tattoes :D of course - no one can know for sure, it's just an idea... thank you once again for your beautiful and truthfull comment. it speaks from bottom of my heart and soul. borahae :-)

I so wanted to know what those tattoos mean amd after reading ur comment I am so emotional and proud that I am an Army and Jungkook is my bias ( though they all are precious to me and I love them all ) . I love his pure nature. There no fakeness about him, no arrogance no airs. He is just himself, and we saw how he grew into this amazing, kind, humble, pure hearted, loving, human being. His work ethic and talent inspires me to work harder. I am so proud of him.

I don't get how people can hate on jungkook. He was 15 when he debuted. 15. At 15 most of us couldn't even bare standing infront of a class of 30. He had to not only get his choreography right but and not mess up at concerts with 300 at 15. Think about it. People need to respect all the boys more, seriously. They grew up in the spot light. And are still the most caring and kind people. That is a lesson we should all take on.

BTS, BigHit Music, take good care of Jungkook. Fans, do not be harsh on him. He is still a little boy and he deserves all the love and support that he can get. When I look at Jungkook, I see someone who is so selfless, very sensitive to the feelings and situation of other people, very emotional, very humble and kind-hearted. Watch him closely in old clips - BTS receiving awards on stage, BTS practicing, BTS in front of cameras off stage, BTS at the airport and random BTS videos. Jungkook, most often than not, puts himself behind the others, stays at the back, goes to the end of the line, and let the others speak, take the microphone or hog the limelight. It speaks a lot. Yes, he may be the center and main vocalist of BTS when they perform or make music - he rightly deserves to be it. But off-stage, behind the 'stage cameras' he is one amazing human being - so real, so true, so sincere. He is of the rarest kind. So Jungkook, shine brighter. Soar higher. You deserve it.

Jungkook seems to feel so much pressure to never make mistakes which is so sad because we all make mega mistakes growing up. I know being in the limelight is part of the territory when you’re an artist but having people hate on you because you are famous, talented, young and human is ridiculous and unfair. Plus, as this video points out, the haters (bullies) are wrong wrong wrong. Jungkook shows how to be gracious, humble, hardworking, loving and how to learn from mistakes and grow. He truly IS the perfect role model...and for that we don’t need him to be anything but himself, mistakes and all.

This video made me sad. For years I have seen people hate on him for no reason at all blaming him for everything. I myself being one of them, I never tried to see things from his point of view and I feel about. I knew but never really tried to understand him, simply hating on him some times for no reason at all and at other times to feel validated since hating on him was deemed more favourable with the other fans around him than to like him. I honestly feel sorry for all the times I hated on him for no reason at all. I knew that he debuted at only 15 and was even younger when he left home and became a trainee(13yr) and never really tried to understand the struggle and pressure he must have felt. I called him privileged cos everyone around me told me so but now I realise the sacrifices he had to make, his struggles and workload. I know they were all young but he was so much younger. At 15 he had to bear the load of being the main vocal, centre and lead dancer and sub rapper. I have also come to notice that he has always been doing the most of the harmonies and backing vocals since their debut and does their guide as well.. I see people mocking him calling him dumb but I don’t know where it all cane from cos all I see is a hardworking boy, who gave up too much, who grew so much. Who continued his education even when he was performing all around the world with his brother and is now doing his undergrad. I wish him the best, I hope that the world, the fandom will be a lil kinder to him and try to understand him instead of always mocking him. I m sorry for hating on him simply cos people seemed to think it was something cool and funny to hate on him. I m a fan now, he may not be my bias Vinit I will always respect kookie. The lil 13yr old boy who left home to pursue his dreams, the lil boy who once wanted to be a pro gamer so that he could provide a better life for his family. He was 15 in Korean age but only 14 in American age as well as other countries age. So actually, he started at the age of 13. Pretty young for anybody to move to a new place by himself and on top of that, WORKING at that age, specially someone that's introverted . I can relate to him since I am also introverted . I kept crying from the beginning until the end of this video. I understand, it must have been very hard and excruciating experience for Jungkookie, growing is hard, especially in the business he has gotten into. The Best part of it all, he got into a Company that's so supportive of the group and a blessing to be with the Hyungs BTS who loved and treated him like their own brother, a family. If someone made a mistake, admitted it and ready to rectify, open for changes and solutions and willing to STAY and move on; I think no one can ever refuse a HUMBLE and Lovable person like Jungkookie. People make mistakes, we all have our own share of mistakes and immaturity, but we also need guidance, understanding and acceptance. And so did by Jungkookie, he admitted and repent for his mistakes to US BTS ARMIES and to his Hyungs the BTS. That's it. And BTS long years of togetherness have accepted each other with their strengths and weaknesses, nobody is perfect. And life goes on and BTS bonding is stronger and Jungkookie I think is a better person now, an artist and the Golden Maknae of BTS. Relationships have its ups and downs, Thank God, they have a great leader and hyung RM or Namjoonie, i love his strong character and leadership and his maturity in handling the situation, of course, with the whole BTS group and BIG HIT ENTERTAINMENT Managers, they pulled it through. It was a nice experience for Jungkookie and BTS, they have grown more as individuals and professionally as BTS. Love 7 Forever!

To be completely honest, ever since BTS came into my life, it will never ever disappear from my life. Ever since I met them, they been and still are my biggest role models. It's ok for people to dislike him, I know there can never be a 100% of people to like one person, but don't hate him. Don't hate him when you don't know the full story, what BTS went through and hardships they faced. Jungkook debuted when he was 15. At a young age, people started criticizing him. Jungkook debuted at a very young age. He couldn't live his childhood the best way because he was in BTS, performing. Yet he managed to be happy because he had his six hyungs. But I pity him, he always gives his best. For us ARMYs. To the point where he is in the risk to collapse. But he still does it. And I'm proud of him for that. Plus, he gets many hates and as an adult like him. He doesn't seem to care because he should be mature enough to accept hate but we all know, even with his smiles, he still is having pain inside. Like the Itaewon incident. He was only having fun with his friends yet he get bashed for not following Covid-19 lockdown regulations. Even if there was a statement where they didn't break the regulations because he came there a week before. So I really am amazed of how Jungkook can still be smiling after all the hardships. I am mesmerised by his vocals, he can rap, his awesome dance move. He is also multi-talented. He is sporty, gamer, persistent and persevere in his work, he will do all out in his work. He has passion in music and filming. Proud of him as he just compose and produce a Japanese Song. I really don't understand those haters cos those haters who talk so big are not awesome or perfect themselves... Those haters need to get a life and not bother on JK life. They sure are a nuisance. This actually brought tears to my eyes. Jungkook to me is a very very compkex person, and so very kind. He shines so bright from a place almost childlike in its purity of intention, yet still an adult. He is a grown man, and strong in his beliefs, its heartbreaking to see he feels at times he is not enough. I feel this from every member at different times when they are expressing, and think, they are so talented, complex, and generally kind, its shocking to realize they get hurt by people for no good reason. I hope they stay forever together in strength, see the beautiful in life, and know the appreciation we have for them. Truly a very unique group of lovely, talented giving people.

i got to know bts because of jungkook and in the beginning i thought it was my best decision (to choose him as my role model). as i got deeper into the fandom and started to see each of them equaly, i got doubts of my desision, whether i should have choosen another member for this role in my life. non kookie biased armies are always listing reasons i should change my role model. i needed some time to realize that these fans didnt want to change my mind. they just wanted to let the world know how proud they are for their choosen ones. this kind of videos always remind me of my past situations about this topic (note: im not a native english speaker which you can see through my garmmar, sry)
