My experience is that Obatala loves me no matter what. He gives me that loving father energy no matter what the humans around me do. He made me as I am. So no matter what people think about Trans and gay, or whatever that is their problem. Not mine. I am his son and through me, he can see the character of those around me. That peace and perspective above all the BS society tries to infect me with to make us hate ourselves is the greatest gift I have ever and will ever receive in my life. Maferefun Obatala forever. 🐌

Shango' adherents in Africa have to grow their hair long and plait it, as well as wear skirts. Shango' is a man's man. He is that father that lets you make mistakes. He doesn't play with his children. He is not always around, but he is there when it really counts.
