Is there anyone else who witnessed a little change in (Sir) Junaid's behavior, I sense a little cool, calm and collected behavior and a tone that is soothing. The Podcast's from Khi were like he was always tensed or disturbed or something. Maybe it's just me I don't know, but I think the surroundings really have an impact on how you feel, vibe and act.

For the first question regarding PTSD from bombs, target killings, sexual abuse and toxic parents: most of the times are past traumas are aggravated and triggered by being in the same surroundings. Even therapy does not seemto help because you keep on rehashing the same past scenarios when passing through the same roads, seeing same people and being in the same household. This is why it's important to change change your surroundings too for complete healing because it helps minimize your triggers. When we suffer from anxiety, chronic stress and "complex-PTSD"(please google and read up on this term, it's different from PTSD), for proper emotional healing it's important to minimize our triggers. So, even if you don't want to leave Pakistan, maybe you can go for Masters abroad after your MBBS. A change of air and surroundings will take off the stress and anxiety from your mind and will help strengthen your emotional health and mental stability. And then you can decide if you want to return back to Pakistan or you want to stay abroad forever. And please dont feel guilty about the brain drain. Always, ALWAYS make your mental, emotional and physical well being your top priority. You can only help others when you are fit yourself. Please takecare.

Hey Junaid, good to know you were in Virginia recently. We have a group of NED University alumni here and we try to support students there as much as we can by generating funds here. We award scholarships and last year we supported over 40 students by gifting laptops so that they can continue online classes. Glad you are thinking on the same line. Best wishes.

Junaid Bhai, agar educational pr focus krna hai to I.T is the best choice. Karachi me software house unpaid Internship pr rakhtey hain graduates or undergraduates ko. Agar ap ek software house open krte hain for fresher is se productivity bhi increase hogi, I.T export bhi or covid ke situation me remotely work bhi kia ja skey ga.

Adding on to the first email. Regarding change of situation or environment does not help intrinsic factors. There's been research done that positive environments can help victims of abuse or people with anxiety cope and deal better. A positive environment can be pertinent to individual person's needs. Sometimes a change in scenery a breath of fresh air especially away from the bustling of smoke, horns and noise can help a lot. Even better weather conditions have been seen to help elevate mood and feelings. There's a whole theory of industrial development pertinent to the global North and south. The North tends to be high in human happiness index mostly because the pleasant climate conditions motivate the individuals to work more optimally than the south where climate is mostly harsh.

if alcohol is made legal, more people will have access to it. The easier the access, the easier it is to consume. Just like in the UK cigarettes are expensive to reduce access and range.

Bomb Blasts, Mobile Snatching, target killing.. leaves an everlasting bad impact no matter how strong of a personality one has... My maternal grandfather died in that 1988 bomb blast and my mother never recovered from that incident.. i was 4 years old back then and i still see my mom reliving those trauma.. may be because she was the only daughter and had 4 brothers or may be something else but... all these things are bad enough already.. on top of that the economic situation of the country.. May Allah help us all in becoming righteous citizens and thoughtful human beings..

In West they have included in the syllabus LGBQT so Muslim small children's will be affected with that psychology...You can send your childrens to Islamic schools which i heard are expensive compared to their free of cost Government schools...There is a Hadees that a person gets affected by his surrounding...Insaan pay suhbat ka asar parta hai...That is why it is better to move to West when you have big children, when they have strong roots...Not with small children .

We don't get Eid holiday here in UK so nothing wrong with Holi Dewali or Christmas not a public holiday. Secondly, the non-muslim population is around 3 percent so it's not a huge in number. Thirdly, ik ppl who take time off for their religious so what else you expect??
