I don’t recommend any grill from ASMOKE. I called customer service and the phone plays music for 15 minutes, then goes to dead air, then says “If you’re satisfied with your message….etc.” without telling you you’re going to a voice message. They don’t call back. They don’t email. Absolutely no service. I regret buying an ASMOKE. Jim

I’ve had nothing but problems with my Asmoke. I like the size and weight for the portability but it only worked for two cooks! Looking at upgrading to a new controller and probe and maybe even a stainless steel grate. The great is one of those cheap porcelain coated ones. It would be definitely a nice upgrade to have a stainless steel grate! Now I just need to find a brand of controller that will work in this size grill. I’m a start out by contacting Smoke Daddy.

Should check out the GMG Davy Crockett/Trek. I have their older Davy Crockett and it's fantastic for camping/tailgating. Its got a more accurate pid controller and also plugs straight up into a 12v socket without any inverters.

My favorite portable grill is the PKGO with the flip kit. Check it out Jabin. The build quality is amazing! 👍👍

Yeah man, it's a fun grill for sure! I'm still going to keep working on the temp issue but end of the day it sure is convenient to travel with!

As a lifelong Traeger user, I was initially skeptical about making the switch to ASMOKE. However, after using the ASMOKE Portable Pellet Grill, I've found it to be a game-changer. The temperature control is excellent, thanks to the dual sensors and new PID algorithm, which ensures accuracy within 5°F. This is far superior to the Traeger grills I've used in the past. Also, the portability of the ASMOKE grill allows me to enjoy perfectly cooked meals whether I'm in my backyard or on a camping trip. Plus, the added bonus of being able to adjust temperature and monitor food remotely via the app is fantastic. The unique flavors from the applewood pellets are a revelation, enhancing the taste and aroma of the food. I'm a complete convert now and couldn't be happier with my decision to switch to ASMOKE. #Asmoke

ASMOKE USA LLC has a better business bureau rating of "F" for customer service. My as350 came without the plate that goes in the burn pot when using other brand pellets. Have been trying to solve this issue for a month. Called, no answer, tried to chat, no response, emailed, got return email ten days later. They agreed to send the plate, then I received an email suggesting I return grill to retailer and buy another one and it should come with plate. Later I got email trying to SELL me the plate that I should have gotten with the grill. No warranty and No customer service. BEWARE.

I got one and they are very thin on the sheetmetal, absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, unless done by text or email. They only have a private answering service that takes messages. No human beings will talk to you. I'm sending mine back. Hell, they won't even give me a return authorization number to confirm I'm returning the grill.
