normally I dont feel bad for Streamers but for this one I kinda do. I think you have very good points however from Blizzzards pov doing this for dungeons is stemming the bleeding. Cicumventing raid lockouts and resetting instance end bosses are clearly the two highest impact problems and can be adressed quickly. I am not sure what they can even do about the open world layering abuse but whatever it is, it's probably going to be a lot harder and therefore take longer. I just wish the beta went to 60 so this might have been found then.

Because if "you" found it, that means it's very likely other people have found out about it. And if you care about the game/your server, you understand the negative impacts it can have on that in which you care about. So you announce it to bring light to the issue, forcing blizzard to do something about it. Whereas just reporting a bug or ticket to them very likely won't get them to fix it as fast.
