✶ Brown noise is a specific type of white noise that emphasise a deep, low and bassy sound. People report this type of noise to help concentration, focus, relaxation, drown out negative and repetitive thoughts, and encourage deep sleep. It is likened to heavy, muted rain, crashing waves and for myself particularly, being in the back of the car on a long journey home.
✶ Sounds and music tuned to the frequency of 432hz has also been associated with enhancing mood and alleviating fatigue, due to being more harmonically pleasant and closer to natural frequencies of the earth.

I am also a night shift worker. Ironically I work in sleep medicine. This is by far my most favorite to fall asleep too 💕 no talking/brown noise combo is everything. Wish there were more of these.

Was sleeping in a tent at the beach this summer. This brown noise is really similar to the waives that I'd hear when I was trying to sleel at night, when everything else was quiet. I like it. I did however really really miss your whispers ❤

Wow, I really really liked this. Been looking for something like this for a while. My one and only piece of feedback is to use a little darker of a light. Other than that, perfect. Love the brown noise.

That's the brown noise in the background put there purposefully. I've got another channel dedicated to this after this one gained a lot of support, so if you don't like the brown noise, this channel won't have these types of videos on it, just the whispers you liked at the beginning 🥰😇
