Just one little note - all the people who ever experienced the real migraine would definitely say that only whisper can be good, because even the softest voice seems like a knife for brains during migraine. @@soundsasleepasmr5367 true story…because the light from the videos can sear my eyes straight to my brain …that’s why I love when I can find these gems also on Apple Music or the like (my fear of ads at any moment is legit 😳) I’ve been living with migraines for years now & I will say Olbas inhalers are quite helpful as a non-rx suggestion to anyone.

But as you are able, please hear your own words in this video just as you wanted us to hear them. The messages summarized here as: take breaks, beware of the perils of the hustle mindset & wanting things to happen quickly & on our timeline, let yourself breathe & rest, work hard but also rest well. I've only just come across your channel the last couple of weeks, and I love it. I grew up in a religious household, but it was never pushed on us. I've always had my own beliefs regarding religion and faith, etc However, I did some cleansing prayers with you the other day, and it helped greatly. I had to put my cat to sleep last week, and have been dealing with regret and guilt. Your videos have been helping me massively. Thank you 🩷

I get chronic migraines and I found this channel in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep. I am a mom of a toddler and I never make the time to get massages or self-care. Wonderful Dee…I have a few ASMR triggers that give me chills in a bad way and those are “sticky” or oily sounds that are too gooshy, and deep ear sounds. You, however, never fail to deliver those sounds in a very calming and relaxing way and they never trigger my negative reactions. And your voice is so amazingly calm. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I have had Migraines since I was a little girl, and I treat them with daily heavy exercise: running and weight lifting, and caffeine. Also, ASMR videos really help with the nausea sensation! Thank God for these ASMR videos!

I'm thankful that I don't get headaches but I'd still like an oil and sponge massage with that interesting looking sponge ball. The lavender stems are also interesting, you're very good at incorporating aromatherapy and plant based therapy.
