Tonight's video is all about anxiety relief & grounding meditation.
I'll be doing some breathing exercises with you using a Tibetan bowl to make your mind relax and calm down and will also be guiding you through a body scan meditation using ethereal sounding koshi chimes (thank you to the kind anonymous person that gifted me through throne wishlist!). Lastly we'll do a quick negative energy pulling and we'll burn it together in the flame of a candle.
If you're trying to fall asleep hope this one will also help in calming your mind and getting your body ready to rest!

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

I’m new to asmr in the last few months. I found your videos relatively early. I keep coming back to them! Every few days I try to branch out and try someone else’s video and find them too fast and and often a bunch of nonsense driveling. Or I do not want to watch people eat. You are so relaxing. Your voice tone is perfect. You stay at a nice slow pace that keeps me at peace. Thank you so much for all your videos! I particularly love the body scans. I search for KZfaq body scans and never really find anything worth while in the whispering asmr form that I love, so thank you! You are amazing! If you ever are able, my dream video would be a longer more detailed, “gratitude” body scan. Basically what you do, but really stops at each body part : toes, feet, ankle, shin, calf, knee, thigh, pelvis…you get the point-and you relax and thank each area. Sounds weird but it is really calming. We are so critical of our bodies, it feels good to thank them for all they do even though they may not be the shape we want 😂. Those chimes were beautiful. Again, thank you so much! Sorry for the long comment!

I bet you're getting a lot of love for those wind chimes on this one. I see that they're called Koshi Chimes and I'll definitely be getting some myself. I kind of like that they're made in France too for no other reason than I don't often hear about products made there and I'm right next door in the UK. 😯 Anyway, thank you for all you do. There are 4 different koshi chimes, these are the 'aqua' ones :) I think these sound more ethereal than the others but they're all really really nice!
