Crème brûlées are not as hard as you think, and to make this Thai tea version, all you need is a pre-mix of Thai tea leaves. Also, the colors are gorgeous and perfect for the fall with a deep orange color. Then you have our favorite part of any crème brûlée, it is the torched crunchy layer of sugar on top!
