Today’s video has been highly requested, as many of you have contacted me asking how I make the various natural products I use in many of my videos, including my essential oil sprays. We will first be meeting for a consultation and discussing your concerns and goals. I will then customize a basic kit for you to take home with some natural products that I myself use on a regular basis and products that will work well for most skin types. I only use brand new sterilized apothecary jars and sterilized recycled glass containers. They are all refillable/reusable and recyclable (although I highly encourage reuse!)

My all natural candle tutorial: • DIY ALL NATURAL & NON ...
GIVEAWAY (CLOSED: WINNER Elaine Chong @tinyvandancer...Thank you to all who entered!)
To enter my GIVEAWAY and receive the products I have made for you in today’s video, please comment below with your Instagram handle (example: itsblitzzz) or with a link to your Facebook page so that I can contact you if you are chosen. This is the safest way for me to do this type of giveaway, so my apologies if you don’t have Instagram or Facebook. One winner will receive the following: a homemade Himalayan pink salt soak specially formatted for sore muscles, a universal face and body tea tree toner, therapeutic warming massage oil, personalized relaxation room spray, a travel sized (and TSA approved) body oil for moisturization & oil cleansing, and a homemade non toxic lemongrass candle.
Winner will be announced in this description box and the community forum in 1 week.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION FOR PETS: Many essential oils are toxic when directly ingested by pets. These products should be kept out of reach of pets and sprays should not directly sprayed on pets or in direct vicinity. The products in this video are safe to use in a pet household as long as these safety precautions are taken. Candle is safe to burn around pets as long as there is no history of chronic asthma (in which case you should avoid burning anything inside).
Additional pet info: IF YOU HAVE PETS, you should also avoid using essential oil diffusers.

I still say you do the best asmr videos. You have such elegant movements, and you dont overuse triggers. Other people need to learn that when you tap on something for 5 minutes straight, it loses its trigger properties. Thank you!!

Once, I was watching an ASMR video and I felt asleep. I had nightmares with one of the sounds. It was horrible. In the dream, I was walking y I couldn't stop hearing that sound. I tried to talk to people to see what was happening to me and they answered me with that sound. AND WHEN I WOKE UP I WAS STILL HEARING IT. It was horrible. I still remember the sound. "sh-p-t" I don't remember who did it, but, absolutely, not her.

The way you speak is so calming to me. Instead of using filler words like “uh” or “um,” you just take small breaths/inhale quietly. Just listening to you relaxes me!

I know you posted this like… so long ago. But you really hit on something here. Many people fill voids in speech using um and uh. But if you can get comfortable with just letting there be a moment of silence, you will sound much better in professional or public speaking

I just want to say that I really really appreciate your videos. Whether it’s ASMR related or any other ones you make. I am 21 years old and am going through the most stressful time in my life trying to figure out what I should be going to college for and trying to prepare for my future. I have no clue what I want to do and school stresses me out to the max. I have always had high high anxiety and did not know how to stop it or calm down panic attacks or my “cry attacks.” I always thought ASMR was kind of weird and it had the stereotype of being “sexual” and I always felt weird to start watching it. After many many sleepless nights being stressed out and just so badly wanting to sleep I decided to give ASMR a chance. I stumbled upon your channel and wow, it has seriously helped so much and has been life changing. If I feel down or feel anxious all I want to do is just watch one of your videos so that I feel calm and to help bring me back to a level headed mindset. You are so very inspiring and you stand for everything that I do. I am even now considering on going to school to study holistic aesthetician and massage therapy because I love natural approaches and also making others feel calm and relaxed after being so in love with your videos and your approach. Thank you so much, Julia. ❤️ I would love to win these to try them out but if I don’t, I will definitely be making them myself. My IG is:@alessiajoybruni

I have a quick question lol. What natural products to you recommend for my skin, which is acne prone but also combo that leans on the more oily side. I’ve went to a dermatologist twice and both times I got recommended products that really didn’t work well. They dried out my face and made my acne worse. I’m looking into natural things but I’m kinda scared that I’ll spend lots of money on stuff that won’t work.

@@woodywoodlstein9519 dont really know much about naturopaths, but if its based on herb medicine its no fraud. Almost all medicine we produce are originally from plants and herbs. They have medical value, even tho they may not be that potent.

First, I just want to say that this video is so relaxing and well made, you can tell that a lot of care went into making it so thank you for that! I also love that you’ve included safety information for pets since a lot of people aren’t aware that essential oils can be dangerous for them (cats especially)! I’m 2 years late to finding this video, but for anyone else who may still be watching, it’s important to know that essential oils are not water soluble - which just means that they don’t mix with water. This is important because essential oils can be sensitizing to your skin if they aren’t properly diluted, and without a carrier oil or solubilizer, water can’t effectively dilute them. I’m sure most of us are just here to enjoy the video and relax, but I just wanted to add that for anyone that might also be interested in making similar products, especially the facial spray!

Typically, of more concern is when you mix oils & ingredients over heat (which I do frequently!) and transfer hot liquids to containers.

Andrra Sheesh, chill, it was a perfectly valid comment and there is nothing negative about it. She's just stating the obvious and it wasn't meant to insult Julia. Everyone here probably realizes that you can't really go to a market and buy a cup of almond oil, but we can all still have a chuckle about that small irony :)

Andrra Rawr I didn’t mean it offensively at all. ASMR doesn’t have a direct script most of the time and these little things make me smile. It’s just the little fun stuff in the roleplays and such that give me extra joy. I didn’t mean any offense to the maker. I make little slip ups in words and phrasing all the time that are funny when I stop and think about it. It’s just part of being human I am sorry if it came off as critiquing or mocking or anything :( I love these videos and deeply value them

Himalayan salt mines are terrible for the local ecosystem (and the overall environment). There are other salts that, like Himalayan salt, contain trace minerals, but are not a finite resource nor do they need to be shipped thousands of miles across continents to be obtained. Lovely video, though.
