I come back to this video so often. It's my absolute favorite. Its astonishing how ASMR has changed my life, and how effective it is for treating my anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. Yet, when I share it with people close to me, I am looked at like I am absolutely insane. Really, its their loss and I feel for those who are unable to benefit from ASMR, or won't give it a chance. Just want to thank you so much for all you do! I know these videos are probably time consuming to make and require a ton of effort. Its worth it. Sending love from Canada!

I love the shape of the bottles it looks super cute and I love the fact that it is sustainable! I have stopped buying/using plastic products and I try to buy ethically made products but I must say that for cosmetics/face products it can be difficult to find some products that meet all my expectations. This video inspired my obsession with glass years before the Blown Away glass blowing show on Netflix. Glass is such a pure, beautiful medium. All the fluid shapes it can come in remind me of clear water. Translucent colors, gradients, or frosted/matte. I would love to be a collector someday! A damn expensive material to customize though. For now, I just have mass-produced mason jars, Topo Chico bottles, and tear droppers. I'm also motivated by the functionality of using them as containers, rather than collecting dust on a knick knack shelf. Marie Kondo's decluttering methods encourage removing store labels from your items to reduce visual clutter. There is definitely something so clean and luxurious about storing my toiletries and some foods in cheap mason jars.

Thank you for all of your videos Julia. I love them all. You are truly an influencer and an inspirational woman. I have suffered from depression since I was a teenager and I've been trying to live my life the best I can. I've been in therapy for years on and off and finally decide to try medications. I'm still on a trial period. About 2 months ago I started watching ASMR videos and found you. Again, thank you so much. You have inspired me to be more conscientious about the choices I make. From eating better, beauty products, to finding out what else I can do to help the planet stay healthy. Thank you again. Best wishes.
