This is so cool! The maternal side of my family come from Appalachia, so I've been in the Smokies a TON growing up. I recognized at least half a dozen of the places you got clips of. When I brought my family to Gatlinburg 2 years ago, a bear walked within 15 feet of the cabin and we watched it walk by from the window. We saw a momma bear with 2 cubs on the drive to Clingman's Dome. Cades Cove is BEAUTIFUL, but the stop and go traffic definitely was rough

Love Cades Cove! I totally agree about the traffic lol, we unknowingly went during “Rod Run” one year and goodness gracious the traffic was terrible.

Me and friends got an airbnb and they didn’t have a heater inside or a fireplace and it was during Christmas I’ve never had to cuddle my dude friends and I don’t plan on doing it again lmao
