I made chicken wings for my Lunch/Dinner today too. I cooked mine in the Air Fryer with dry rubbed spices and dried herbs. I had them with some Cholula Hot Sauce. I actually usually have some sauerkraut or dill pickles with it, but didn't today. Looks good Solfrid and have a lovely day.

For the gloves problem you can always wash your hands in them before eating to get rid of the smell, or use the full plastic ones that don't have a smell :)

I love chicken wings. I made some for my OMAD (one meal a day) today and they were so good. Herbed wings with some hot sauce to dip into.....Yummers!!!! Your wings looked really good Solfrid. Maybe your tongue is that color because you are in Ketosis? Oral thrush coating on the tongue can happen from that too. I like to chew a 1-inch piece of raw ginger root every morning, suck the juice from it and spit out the rest to help with good blood pressure and also eat cayenne pepper on my food; but I think most red peppers will do that for you. I drink lemon juice in my quality water as well for vitamin-C (very high in Vit-C) and add magnesium malate powder and salt to the water for electrolyte water. Have a good rest of your day, I hope you are feeling much better and thank you for another good ASMR Video 😉👍

I have been able to manage with very little carbohydrates lately. I do eat more carbs and some guilty pleasure foods before my period tho, and at some special occasions, but I try my best to keep it as low as possible whenever my body is ok with it. =)

Yessss another chicken eating videos ! I don’t know why you don’t like eating videos anymore when you would start off with them and gained tons of followers! They’re all amazing! Don’t ever stop it! People love it and have come a long way with you. Anyways, I love this video, the smacking, messiness, loud eating is perfect! I don’t like meat, quiet and perfect videos , let out naturally like this! Keep doing them! They’re the best!

I love wings! My favorite are buffalo wings. There’s also a place near my house that has Thai sweet chili wings, and oh my god they are amazing, some of the best I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend giving that kind of flavor a try!
