This must be the 12th time. I've just realized that apart from St. Patrick Day, I haven't once touched alcohol since you put this video up. It's much more calming, when my brain's dial is at full blast, to let you take over and push the dial back to a lower volume. Especially when you do the ear massage. You are the friend who has the charisma to just cast your vibe over a room like a blanket, tuck people's brains in and deliver an extra knockout pulse if the nerves and muscles squirm too much.

I broke my arm (elbow) end of June, been worried about the recovery and just not been sleeping. This sleep asmr has helped so much over the last few weeks, so relaxing with the ambient music , chill sound and with the amazing sounds that Cherie uses it’s been a great distraction during recovery time 😊

That had to have been perfect as I closed my eyes as requested at the beginning and didn't open them again until sometime after it had ended as I had drifted gently off to sleep without being aware of it at all! When I woke I felt completely calm and I still feel that way after a lovely, dreamy night's sleep. Thanks Cherie for what was, and still is, a journey across my own sea of tranquillity!

I played this again just after writing that comment with the intention of watching and listening to it all but keeping my eyes open. I also wore headphones which I didn't do last night and that made SO much difference! The continuous deep bass thrum of what sounds like a big church organ playing the lowest note it could possibly reach was truly, well, hypnotic! The ear massaging was like the lapping of waves against a seashore and is utterly restful. Cherie is right about the potency of this video as I drifted off a number of times and had to pull myself back in order to actually watch the whole thing and not particularly wanting to go to sleep again at 10.00 am! I might not have actually slept this time but that was like taking a huge chill pill and I will probably be walking around all day wearing a Cheshire Cat grin! Such a great piece of work Cherie! 👏👏👏
