I've known of the loaf for a long time but for me the croissant shown here is an inspiration. Cody has the shape and the color. I never thought of it before but it is purrfect. Delicate and flaky and delicious. Just needs a little butter.

@@Alvicatchannel Not even close Roel. The temp rose to 44 C on the mainland, with ground temp up to 58 degrees. I'm fortunate to live in the seaside town of Livanates. The temp here rose to 36 C ... only!
