When I am in meditation for more than 1 hour suddenly I saw dream that my mind is in conscious mode but I saw my body in bed and I shocked. I think I m die but no after 2 unsuccessful attempt to come back in body. When i started remind god then suddenly my soul come back in body. At that time my body is weak unable get up from bed and after successfully get up my headache start and also little bit amount of vertigo

*I am 16 y/o girl studying in class 11th, can i try astral projection if i commit to leave non veg? I’m really very confused and at the same time i dont wanna risk my life (in need of guidance or some guru). But im way too much into spiritually after corona happened. Read alot, saw a lot and now I’m very intrigued to experience it by myself. Also, my parents are not letting me leave nOn veg, they think I’m being manipulated by someone. Gauri, your life is the result of your own personal choices. Parents say what they think is right from their point of view. Hello Sanskrit Vidya, people can awaken without gurus also. But the soul can go only upto a certain level. If one's goal is to realize God, then that cannot be reached without a True Guru. Even Krishna and Ram had Gurus.

Yeah i agree that every person interested in spirituality have a guru in other dimensions like spirit world. Sometimes we can feel them. Anyway, i had another question, i am a student and i can astral travel. Is it safe? Doing without guidance?

When I was young I often Astra traveled,mostly whilst sleeping on my back, sometimes I would fall/drop in my semi sleep,many times a frightening giant engolfing ball of light would be there other times I would look down at my sleeping body. Once I travelled up and also went into a dark place. I have suffererd with deppretion and believing I was not supposed to be on this planet. My life is now a mess.

@@JustDivyanshu no divyanshu. I have not read the book. I don't read books much. I am an experiential person. Less into books. I teach experience as well. Reading a book on how to drive a car can't do much good than really driving the car and learning along.also, you might want to stay connected on Instagram as am more active there n check youtube sometimes.

repeat "Ram" throughout the day , whenever u can. this way even if u leave the body, u will remember this word even if u forget everything else. The name of "Ram" will protect you and help u get back into the body. "Ram" is not a huuman being. It means the one that is all within you ( vo jo tumhi mein Ramaa hua hai).

Very useful guidence video.. Mam mujhe ye experience huya hai .. me bahut hi relax tha koi fear mn me nahi tha.. me us samah meditation bahut kerta tha .. aur achanak mujhe ye experience huya ... Ek patli si gufaa me se nikla aur seedha univers me tha esa laga .. no gravity no time no thoughts aur pura dark world feel huya .. aur jb mujhe dr feel huya tb me body me wapas aa gya ..mam me iske bare me aur janna chahta hu pr mujhe samaj aa chuka hai ki bina guidence se ye kerna bahut hi jyada khatarnak hai... 🙏
