What is the name of the gray plug with a long wire the plug on the passenger side plugs up by the heating sensor it's also a great plug with the black wire on the driver side what do you call them and when they keep my car from a 2002 Honda Accord 4 cylinder

My honda is doing the same exact thing. Difference is my wires are good. My fuel pump works. I took my distributor out and looked inside and it was burnt at the core oil was in it. The seal was was damaged. My question is how do i know which port to put the wire into the distributor? Like #1 is the longest so does that mean the 1st goes into the port at the bottom? Is certain numbers go in specific port on the distributor??

Check online for the firing order or refer to your Haynes manual for assistance.

i like how you think through the fixes. all he may need to do is buy a $5 o-ring for where the distributor meets the engine, to stop the leak.

Not sure if you could see it in the video, but there is a seal right below the rotor, where you can see the oil stain. I know the O-ring you are talking about, but that one wouldn't allow oil inside the distributor.

Aye Tim this is funny n u probably can agree with me those guys that be on they scan tools thru the whole yt video only show cars that's 1out of 20 like those case study's don't really exist in the shops like that my friend own one n he never have problems like that maybe every blue moon n rt I stop watching those guys cus its evident if its that beyond a diy I better take it to a shop I have no choice if the fuse kp blowing lol

Everything is working on the 2002 am working on it has new fuel pump new distributor new spark plugs new main relay and still car wont turn on

They were almost new, and they were Iridium. Those plugs are good for another 100k AT LEAST!

Usually if someone with an older honda comes to me and tells me the car died on them while driving I immediately think timing belt snapped!

@@OnlineAutoRepairVideos 50/50 chance the motor is done for. Sometimes you can throw a new kit on it. If the valves are damaged its engine time.

Hey I have this same vehicle 02 Accord 2.3 I've changed the whole timing kit, water pump, eld, battery, alternator, main relay, etc & it's still not starting but it's cranking. Any advice? P1297 kept coming up after I changed eld it doesn't come up but car won't start. It had episodes it'll start & run if I had code reader hooked up to it but that stopped working. Plus my spark plugs are wet😩 idk if it's oil or coolant
