I've been looking for this type of routine for a while, thank you. I also don't know what was more painful, my body after doing the workout, or my heart from the emotional music😁😂

My judo instructor made us do arm swings (rotations) and head neck stuff a bit. We also did back half rolls (sorta reaching for the ceiling with your feet and back down multiple times. Great for the back. There are millions of things we can do i guess. This was a good collection of the standards i remember. Good work!
