Wind is a very important element of flight. What knowledge should air traffic controllers have about winds? How and what information should be delivered to the pilot? If you have this kind of curiosity, watch this video together.

2:14 no, numerous experiments show that the airflow over the top and the bottom do not arrive at the trailing edge at the same time.

For giving gust wind it is important difference should be between average wind speed and maximum 10 knots?

Wind information based on the runway? I allways thought that wind information was true, notbmagnetic... so wind in metars is also magnetic? Are this information obtained from the same source?
@ibrahimkucuk9842

its not magnetic there is anemometers at the start of the both runways.

You're taking some shortcuts that are incorrect. Headwind decreases GROUNDSPEED (it doest NOT create more drag). The aircraft will fly at a given AIRSPEED regardless of groundspeed (I know it's hard to fathom, but that IS how it works). By flyning into a headwind for landing, the landing-run (on the ground) is reduced because the aircraft has a lower groundspeed when it touched the runway, therefore needs to dissipate LESS ENERGY by braking. But all that arrived at the same airspeed. Aircrafts are not cars, and multiple factor need to be separated when you want to REALLY EXPLAIN how they work. No intuitive, I know. Same goes for takeoff. By getting some "free lift" (figure of speech) without even rolling, an aircraft can shorten its takeoff-run (on the runway) by the same principle. The aircraft will need to accelerate at the same AIRSPEED to take off, but will have travelled less distance to do so, since the headwind is already providing airspeed (at zero groundspeed cost). Conversely, taking-off or landing into some TAILWIND will increse the ground-run a lot. But it has NOTHING TO DO WITH DRAG in that actual scenario.
