The exact cause of the accident has not yet been determined, but on August 7th, ‘Air india express 1344’ landing in heavy rain at Calicut International Airport in India slipped off the runway and destroyed. So, if I'm applying what I've learned correctly, an "extreme heat warning" from the NWS could possibly call for ATC's to make "medium to poor" or "poor" braking action calls because of risk of tire blowout? (Asking as a native Arizonan with a keen interest in learning about ATC)
