Unboxing of the PWNcnc ATC Spindle System. This is the first commercially available ATC system for the Onefinity Elite and any other CNC machines.
The PWNcnc ATC utilizes the ISO20 tool holders that are an industry standard making the addition of more tool holders affordable the easy to source. The ATC is available in both 110v and 220v configurations along with 1.5 and 2.2kw. This is an easy upgrade to install without any special tools required.

Great content as always, enjoyed the show and tell. Was curious about how the box contents were packed. Will they be shipped with fitted Styrofoam?

Yes they are packed with lots of foam. I have a video of the box opening with all the packing but something went wrong with my microphone and that part of the video was useless. The packing is actually a starch based foam that is biodegradable and dissolves in water. I have a video of all the foam dissolving that I'll be posting soon.

I notice that you have moved the Masso from the left Y rail to a stand alone post. Do you offer that assembly? I haven't been able to find it on the PwnCNC site. Looking forward to the next video of installing.

We started shipping in mid February. At the moment due to our capacity, new orders are expected to ship out in 8-12 weeks.

Is the supplied air tubing long enough to run in the drag chains?

The included tubing is two 20ft lengths of 6mm tube between motor and PE then 10ft of 8mm tube to run between the PE and Compressor. support.pwncnc.com/kb/article/405-atc-inventory/

Does it only come as a water cooled version?

Yes, water cooled only.

I do want to note that our ATC motors are full metalworking motors capable of carving mild steel. They are 4-pole with ceramic bearings... meaning they're very powerful and very quiet. When cutting metal, water-cooled is pretty much required with this small of a motor form-factor.
