Did Atlus forget that Royal has been out for over 2 years (3 years for the Japanese release) now?

I don’t see why they’re even worried about spoilers in the first place, I played through P4G and P3 knowing who is the killer in 4 and who dies in 3. Didn’t ruin the games for me. I think people will want to see how you get to those points in the story. Not to mention the fact that those games have been out for a while. I wonder if they’ll do anything drastic when January rolls around for streaming the ports.

Have you ever seen the trailers for when royal came out, the trailers basically fully spoiler everything about royal. It’s so weird, they don’t care about spoilers ever, unless it’s about content creators uploading playthrough.

I myself haven't got the chance to play the PS4 version of P5R because I don't have a PS4, but now that it is on PC I can finally play it and discover the new segment I couldn't have on PS3 with the original game, and people should be able to stream it lol If I want to play a game I just won't watch anyone playing it on Switch :'D

Hi im am xbox person and I have been watching p5 content for about four years now and I am still going to buy it p5 royal even tho I know what happens so these guidelines make no scence from a sails perspective

At this point not only did it come out 6 years ago, new people who want to play it blind probably make it a point to avoid looking up and searching for P5R content to avoid said spoilers anyway (case in point: me 3 weeks ago)

Why crack down NOW? The game is over two years old at this point. Most people already know the ending, either because they’ve seen it on KZfaq, or they’ve beaten the game.

Yea, I don't get why these are even a thing, who do they think they are protecting by doing this? If people don't know spoilers still even though there are videos and streams on OG Royal which is the EXACT SAME GAME. I feel like these guidelines don't exactly benefit those people who can already avoid spoilers. And the people that have played the game? This just annoys everyone else.

Ugh it's Atlus's fault I can't just stream the third semester with the ps4 and it seems I won't get to with the Switch either. That is pretty freaking irritating that they just won't let up on this.

I've got a really novel idea...maybe Atlus should focus more on making the next Persona game as opposed to stopping people from making videos. If people don't want to see spoilers, they won't watch the bloody stream. I've finished the game with every major trophy and occasionally put streams/videos of the game on. Now if it wasn't for content creators and the hype *THEY* provided there is no way in heck I would have played the game. I love RPG's like the original Baldur's Gate series, The Witcher 3, Skyrim, The Mass Effect series etc etc.. Some Japanese Demon Summoning/High School Social Sim? Yeah, notsomuch. But you guys/girls swayed me into giving it a shot. I played it, loved it, am probably going to play P4 Golden, and would *ABSOLUTELY,* 100% buy the next game in the series. Now people that _just want to watch it_ are going to do just that. Some might buy it afterwards, some might decide to do a stream to, but some people don't want to play 175 hours to 100% the game (not counting everything in the Thieve's Den) and just want to watch. Now they start putting insane restrictions on people like you, then there's a good chance people like me aren't going to get the exposure to the game we need to say _"Eh, I'll step out of my comfort zone and see if this is as fun as it looks."_ That's a lost sale for Atlus, so as I started this post; hopefully they spend more time focusing on _"Persona 6, 3rd Year"_ (Come on, we all know we want to see the Phantom Thieves back for another run ;^) and less on who is *PROMOTING THEIR GAME FOR FREE.* And no more _"Dance Dance"_ rhythm games Atlus, just pump out a good Persona game every 4 to 5 years and rake in the money as it's apparent that the game is a multi-million seller on PC, Xbox and PlayStation. Add the Switch in and you're talking 10m+ copies at $60-$70 a pop, then another, well $60 I guess for an enhanced/"Royal" edition a little later while people wait for the next main title. That's over half a billion dollars, with at least half of that being profit before merchandising. And their big concern? Streamers. Not getting their studio to crank into high gear on these titles. What are they thinking?
