ATM demands that court sets aside Phala Phala report

The ATM wants the court to set aside the Public Protector's Phala Phala
report on President Cyril Ramaphosa. ATM spokesperson Zama Ntshona
says there's prima facie evidence that Ramaphosa was conflicted when
he initiated the private investigation into the saga.

This is a no brainer- you can't possess Forex more than the predetermined threshold of the SARB. How did even that kind of money come to his premises. Why was it not declared to SARS? How did it even enter South Africa without a paper trail from the Customs at ORT. It's such a simple matter but Ramaphosa will be protected at all costs.
