I got confused on the audio flex ribbon insertion. It's very confusing but it's easy to put together

What's the part you have to buy new, the one that's not working? The little black plastic one with the volume bracket? The problem my phone has is that the volume + buttons works automatically and i gets stocked. Thanks for answer!

Thanks, the video was very helpful, even the part when I had to look at the video while rewinding to put my 4s back together, lol. but no complaints here, I fixed my up volume button and I did all these steps without the use of tweezers...... (someone lost mine) two flathead screwdrivers working together took the place of tweezers. Thanks again!

Great to get it apart but to route the cable and switch interface....forget about it. If you want to put it back together, this is not the video. Look around really good 24 min plus video in same category.
