Who would want to have dealings with this company with the response that you had from the front line staff, which was absolutely disgusting the way they treated a member of the public without any respect and talking down to him as if he was a piece of sh!t on their shoes.

I’ve mentioned these exact body language traits before. “Defensive batching”: standing straight & tall, feet planted but persistently rising on his heels to make himself look bigger, arms tightly folded… means : “you’re getting nothing out of me I’m standing my ground”

It's actually quite interesting. The progression we've made to everything being digital and on the internet has had a profound psychological impact on the way people run a business and work at that business. Imagine that behaviour 40 years ago? Say a photographer walks up and stats taking pictures to put somewhere that will be seen by hundreds or thousands of people. Business would be thrilled. Now, because most transactions are done online, they view it as suspicious and/or hostile.

They are just work horses when they have them in their hands but they dont understand that there is such a thing as flogging a dead horse. I like driving out in Yorkshire where it is very much uphill and down Dale but you see these vans tescos etc working their lengthy circuitous routes cross country. I was following one up a mountainside and he was going like the clappers but after trailing smoke for a while his engine blew up about 1/3 the way up the mountain. Very funny. I was following in a van behind but I won't say the make but the ad goes....God bless the child that's got its own.

Oh dear that was really disappointing. We have a genuine interest in this type of work as we are currently building the worlds first ever Discovery 130 Overlander with lifting roof. It is sponsored by global manufacturers and there is scope for expansion and working with other partner companies. We just had some composite walls sent over from England to Ireland last week as part of the process. So when we saw the start of this video we were very excited. Normally we have to use horsebox builders as they are the closest match for this kind of bespoke custom work. The attitude to you, a member of the public, was actually rather bizarre and did not show the company in a good light at all. Safe to say we will be looking elsewhere. Thank you for your audit.
