In Toronto there is a successful restaurant called BANH MI BOYS that serves everything from squid to pork belly to even a kimchi galbi banh mi. Max the gentleman sweeps before leaving--love it!

She was right, the ca nuc banh mi will pair well with cam quat because acidic/sweet flavor of citrus balances the briny flavor in seafood and even acts as a neutralizer for the stronger flavors in some fish.

With the food being that good there and the people being so nice, I doubt you're ever going to want to move back to Arkansas again. As a person who moved from one state to another, I thought I was going to get country hospitality but I have never been welcomed here. Even when I was hospitable to my neighbors, they never returned it. I've traveled to other countries and seen how they treat Americans and for the most part they treat us well when our own people here don't.

Hello HANDSOME MAX! NICE TO SEE YOU! Boy... that sandwich looked tasty!!! That bread is THE BEST! SO CRUSTY ON THE OUTSIDE AND SOFT AND CHEWY ON THE INSIDE! It seems like the PERFECT TEXTURE TO HOLD AND "SOAK" THE JUICES OF THE HOT OIL SAUCE that the proprietor ladled along the inside of the sandwich using a teaspoon. I can't imagine what the fish was like. Meaning the whole fish with bones. Were the bones soft from cooking or were they so tiny that they weren't bothersome? The sandwiches appeared to be a nice sized portion, however the camera could be deceptive in the appearance of the size or perhaps the bread wasn't filled as much as it seemed. Or what it really was THE BEST TASTING SANDWICH THAT YOU HAD TO HAVE TWO OF THEM! 😂! ❤❤! Thanks for another great review of a restaurant that is a must try if anywhere near that area. And ALWAYS GREAT TO SEE YOU. ❤❤❤ PS It was funny to see the fish tank so close to the restaurant! And what was going on with the freaky light show in the back room? 😂😅😊😂!
