It's true that his Vietnamese improves. It's even more polite when you call someone who is older than you like co^ = aunt, you should call her "co^" means aunt and calling yourself "con" in showing your respect for her the owner because she's much older than you. Don't use co^ and call yourself "em".

They separate the grilling process into 2 stages in order to make the meatball absorb all the seasoning better. The 2nd stage of grilling will help the meatball to have a charcoal color and avoid from being raw

Chỗ này giới thiệu Max mấy lần, giờ thì có rồi. Buổi sáng bán cơm tấm ngon lắm mà rẻ, lại trễ tầm 10h sáng là hết, lại ngã 4 gần đó có bánh mì Tiến Lợi rất ngon. Em cũng nên thử 👍

Next time, I recommend you guys should try vietnamese homecook, starting with caramelized stew pork with coconut milk and copra. This dish is extremely hard to find in any humble dining spot in Sai Gon but you still can stand chance to have a try by join in a family meal of a local

Max: i think cassava is khoai mì. Củ sắn is jicama. Egg rolls would have jicama for sweetness. Some also use taro (khoai môn) for richness
