She said in an interview that the experience of performing at the Nobel prize concert was scary because of both the crowd size and the cameras. Once you know that you can see the fear in her eyes in the middle of this performance and immediately after Half the World Away. It makes her performance just so raw.

Her arm movements is something she was very self conscious about in the beginning, but she ended up recognizing that using her body and her eyes whilst singing was part of her, she can't hold it in. Most of her lyrics are layered, you have to figure out what it means to you. I love her music and voice. It's like silver bells and fairytale🧚♀️💕 The opposite of Angelina's, with is soulful and seductive.💕🤩

I remember her saying that she didn't even know she was doing the arm and hand movements until she saw a video, and since then she has never watched a performance video of herself since. The first 12-18 months of her preforming she hated it, and could burly get herself to do it. But then she kind of found herself as she got older, and now loves it.

The guy's name is Odd Martin Skålnes , artistname O Martin He used to be member of her band but left due to own projects . . You picked one her absolute most beautiful songs , used on the serie The Flash and Teen Wolf. Thank you some much for your beautiful reaction! Please listen to her EP 'Running with the wolves' . 'All my demons greeting me as a friend' and LP's 'Infections of a different kind' and 'A different kind oh human' What blows my mind is that none of her songs are bad !!

I absolutely love Aurora. Her voice is so beautiful and sounds so harmonic and peaceful, just like an angel. The way she moves her body while she sings is also very hypnotizing. She drags me into her realm, the same realm she enters while she sings. Like a magician, she has me under some kind of a spell. It is almost like her songs enchants me, and I really do love it.

So glad you did a reaction to this song of Auroras,it's one of my favorites of hers,even though it's very sad it's one that literally hits me hard with so much emotion & I can't help it,I cry every time..I love Aurora,she is an amazing singer,you feel all the emotions in her singing,not many artists can take you to that point..The ones that do are the most passionate singing artists,those are the greats & legends that have us still listening to there music decades after their long gone because their songs remain timeless..Please do more on Aurora's songs,any of them because their all so amazing.
@kimacronym25214 жыл бұрын
This shows that Music is not just the technicality of singing notes and words - if the artists are able to tell a story, and their bodies are reflecting that in addition, then sth amazing comes out like here from Aurora. And doing it live on top, is the highest level of art.....I don't think I have ever seen such a live performance. Why is no one giving awards for this ?

Wow! Thank you for reacting to Aurora, one of my favourite singers of all time. Aurora is now 23, but was 19 at the time of this performance at the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize Concert. The song, 'Murder Song: 5,4,3,2,1' is for me one of her very best, and this performance stands out above any other. Aurora's guitarist then was Odd Martin Skalnes, popularly known as 'O Martin', and he has co-written quite a lot of songs with Aurora - and also for her friend and compatriot, Sigrid, who is also worth checking out - and the three quarter size guitar he is playing here is ironically a Martin. I shall now go to watch your other reactions to Aurora, as I absolutely love her voice. In November, I will be going to see her live concert at the O2 Academy in Bristol, here in the UK. Many thanks again, you have made my day. :)

She is so in touch with her feeling's that she can control the output. Combined with her study of modern dance from age 6 forwards. Even when singing about something as sad as a mercy killing, she can make us see it as an ultimate act of love (which is how she saw it). Watching this you almost feel the "victims" ghost walk right through you.

When I hear the song I automatically think of father and daughter. The father is depressed and only sees the bad and cruel in the world. He doesn't want his daughter to suffer the same as he does and thinks he is doing the right thing in stealing her life. He'll probably kill himself after that. This happens every day in the world. Really hard to hear this song.
@joelcarver89322 жыл бұрын
She's on her own level. I dont even know how to explain it, she wrote better songs at the age of 11 than an accomplished artist can at the age of 20...30...40. Ya know? She's kind of a prodigy.
