If the Global tournament didn’t perform great as it did I would have been worried that the man in suits would’ve seen that and decide to scale back on competitive but I think Fortnite competitive is still alive and this tournament proved that

unfortunately i dont think 6 games are enough to determine "the best duo in the world" they obviously played really well but very favorable zones helped them a lot for sure

Yea absolutely. If you want to play play consistently you have to pull zone or drop mid map. The best example are savage and vadeal. They pull zones: 1. Place. They have the worst zones possible: somewhere top 30

They were on 0 ping, the lag was likely coming from the 20 observers in the games. Idk but theoretically an own server would make a huge difference.

It’s because they worked so hard but continued to disappoint themselves. It takes a lot out of you to love something and no matter how hard you try you can’t seem to perform. It’s not as hard as physical jobs, but it is mentally draining after a while.
